Moxy NYC Chelsea

The room was clean and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. They let me drop my luggage off before check in and after check out. Got priority access to the rooftop bar/lounge and the gym was also extremely well maintained - someone came in to clean it as I was exercising.

The property had beautiful views. Friendly staff. Absolutely loved the $20 credit a day to use on coffee or food/drinks. You also get tickets to either a Statue of Liberty tour or museum. Clean, easy access to subways and plenty of food nearby

Floors in room sticky not cleaned well, safe didn’t work in room. It was okay, nice area, bar and lounge. Timing of cafe not as convenient.

Location was great! We had an insane view— rooms are small, but that has to be expected in NYC.

Loved my stay at the Moxy. The bar on the second floor was closed on Sunday however the adjacent bar near the lobby was open. Overall it was a great stay in the flower district

I liked the location of the property and the vibes the building had. I didn’t like how my floor was flooded and like you’d step on the tiles and water would seep out. Also the $20 a day wasn’t as advertised and I never got my refund from that.

Great room, comfortable and good size for NYC. Had a very nice view on the 25th floor. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would have been nice to have an ice bucket option, and a small amenities shop like some Moxy locations have.

Fantastic property. I was looking for a place contemporary but not so hip or contemporary that it pump dance music into my room all night long. This place was the perfect mix of a great vibe with a quiet stay. Great location in nomad very close to many subway stops and not too far from Chelsea and Soho.

everything was perfect, the full length windows are amazing with great view over new york and the empire state building. the elevators can get pretty busy but apart from that it was amazing!

Nice rooms and location Tried calling crew from my hotel phone and no one answered. I tried multiple times and diffrent times. The guy that checked me in seemed very confused and before I left mentioned the $20 dollar credit I could use but not explaining anything else or how it worked. He seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing.
