Excellent location and good blackout curtains. Great front desk staff. Roof deck is very nice. Room was not very clean.

Ideal location for sightseeing

The staff was very helpful and polite. The rooms are very small (not as pictured online). The sink wasn’t clean. I informed guest services, who was unable to clean due to our DND sign however, when they were able to clean, the sink was still dirty. Mattresses were hard. Overall, a good stay but wouldn’t plan to stay for a long period of time. We stayed for 2 nights.

Very conveniently located near the subway station, shops and eateries. Would absolutely stay here again.

Staff was super friendly, great location, big room., pleasant rooftop bar. I slept great but woke up with a backache every day so maybe the bed wasn’t the greatest.

The hotel was in a great location close to everything with easy access by subway and a short walk from Penn Station. The staff was very nice and helpful throughout my stay. I appreciated the little shop in the lobby and the rooftop bar is wonderful with great views of Manhattan. Some of the furniture in the room needs attention. The toilet seat was loose and the wardrobe was creaky and hard to keep closed. It was a little noisy at times, but nothing too serious and I expect that in New York (and the Knicks were playing in the NBA Finals during my stay, so I know there were a lot more people out and around on game nights).

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. The location was amazing, with easy access to restaurants, attractions, and transportation. Check-in and check-out were smooth, also you could leave your bags here when you check out. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to others. The only thing we missed was a kettle in the room, as we are tea lovers and enjoy having tea throughout the day. Other than that, we had a great experience and would gladly stay here again.

Good location for my trip. The bathroom needed some serious attention. It was worn out and the finish on the vanity was peeling

Location. Comfortable bed. Decent room size for NYC. 4 things. Our room coffee maker was broken. They did replace after we alerted them. Then the remote was extremely difficult to turn tv on or off. The second day only one towel set was left in our room for the two of us. A call to front fest got us another towel within 10 minutes. Then for happy hour with 15 minutes remaining at rooftop bar there was a torrential rain. It stopped 5 minutes after happy hour ended. Rather than honor it the bartender said no it ended 5 minutes ago and that was that. No matter he saw us there waiting out the rain. It was the attitude and way it was communicated that was less than nice. To the hotel’s credit they offered two drink tokens.
