Very welcoming and friendly hotel people there. Great location with a decent gym. Highly recommend and definitely stay during my following NY visiting.

Large rooms (bathroom tiny but plenty space in a double x 2 bed room. Comfortable beds, cleans. Location perfect Bathroom was tiny but still functional

Perfect location for what we were staying for. You are a 2 minute walk from 28th street station and 5 minutes from Penn station. The room was nicely furnished and the beds were pretty comfortable.

Room was clean and staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Was pleased with the quietness of the room also. Really nothing to complain about. Would stay there again.

It’s a basic, clean hotel that provides comfortable accommodation in an amazing location - what more do you need. Highly recommend as a great base for exploring.

Unique and convenient

Excellent location, very friendly and efficient front desk staff. Easy check in and check out. Housekeeping services could be better- the staff would come as early as 9 am when we were still in the room. And then not come back later in the day when we were outside, thus leaving the room as it was. We had to request for extra towels as a result (which were provided right away!)

The staff was helpful and friendly. I like that they sent text communications before and during my stay to keep me updated.

We enjoyed our stay at Cambria Chelsea. Location is right in the middle of everything and very convenient. We enjoyed being able to walk everywhere. Staff was great and extremely helpful. Rooftop bar had a nice happy hour and the view of the city was really nice. The rooms aren’t huge but spacious enough for 2 people (we didn’t spend too much time in the room anyway). The bathroom also isn’t that big, but again, it’s enough room to do what you need to do. Loved that housekeeping came daily and supplied us with everything we needed as soon as we called. I’d definitely stay here again.

Clean and accessible

Stayed for one evening to visit a college friend. The hotel, from the lobby to the room, was very nice and clean. The room was small, but if you've stayed in a New York hotel before, you're used to it and know how to make the space work. I ordered room service from the rooftop bar, and it was delicious. The menu included happy hour drinks and food, which was a great perk after a long day when you just want to stay in.

Close to everything in the city Room was a bit small, wish there was parking and free breakfast

Clean Location Gentle staff Lifts It takes a long time for the lifts to come.
