This hotel exceeded our expectations! The location was convenient, and the property itself was beautiful. The front desk staff went above and beyond to store our luggage and then get us checked in a bit early. Our top floor room had amazing city views. We will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family traveling to NYC.

This is a great hotel. It’s kept up well and the rooms are spacious and clean. Pretty central location to everything. We did a lot of walking around but the subway is right there as well.

Service at The Wilson was awful - twice in one day. Back patio was closed without explanation. Third time staying here - will try another property next time. Juice not worth the squeeze.

This was my second time staying at the INNSide Hotel. The rooms are really well appointed and the staff friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us, clost to a number of subway stations that took us everywhere we needed to go. Be sure tp choose a room with a city view and enjoy the lights of One World Trade Center at night. Planning to come back for a third stay in February.

Kimberly at the front desk was amazing! So friendly, accommodating and pleasant. We received a perk that got us a free bottle of wine, and Kimberly arranged for a TON of free waters to be sent up to our room. The hotel is nice, clean, close to MSG (we were going to a concert there that night) and has a nice restaurant/bar attached.

Good location, midway between Soho and Greenwich Village and Times Square. The lobby area of the hotel is a little congested at times, but no issues when going to your room. Staff is very attentive and friendly. Really good experience overall.
