M Social Hotel New York Times Square

Very satisfied! Will be back for New Years!

I loved this hotel. I would definitely stay here again. It’s in a great location right next to everything. The bar had good drinks and I felt very safe here solo traveling.

Incredible location! Super clean rooms, and friendly staff.

The staff was courteous and helpful but the room wasn't the cleanest it had an odor and no accommodations were given, I requested that the shower curtain be changed it seemed to be where the odor was coming from. I arrived back to my room only to find the same smelly dirty shower curtain was still there so I just removed it. There was an issue with the elevator one morning where I had to wait for it for 25 minutes after speaking with guest services I was told that it was reported and being worked on. I spoke with another guest and she was given a discount on her room for the inconvenience and OF COURSE I WASN'T GIVEN ANYTHING. The ascetics, vibe, and location were nice, and so was the hotel overall UNTIL I SAW A COCKROACH. But it was ok.

High recommendation We had a small issue with a room and “kolan” which is one of the supervisors handled it And we had a great experience. The hotel is in prime location as well.

Room was tired but clean, maid service was great. The lifts was a pain only 2 outta 4 working but upon checking out we had a price reduction for the incovenience , bar staff could be more helpful, u grab a stool around the bar and after 5 minutes waiting to be served you ask and they say you have to queue , location was perfect to get around New York and most staff friendly and helpful

The location was awesome. We were just down the street from Times Square and were able to walk right from our hotel to see must of our Broadway Shows. We could see Radio City Music Hall from the roof restaurant. We walked to Hamilton, comedy clubs, and the Book Of Mormon. The elevators weren't working much of the time, so we took the stairs a few times. We were on the 14th floor. When the elevators were working, they took forever. Outside of the hotel, people were smoking in front of the entry doors, so we had to push our way through to get to the elevators to take us to the lobby. The staff on the first floor didn't get or hold the door for you, which I found odd.

Hotel, and room were very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room service was great and breakfast was delicious. The rooftop deck was amazing!!

I love the fact that I was on the 33rd floor. The view was. The staff in the hotel were very nice and accommodating. They had a lot of Security. It was very clean and neat. I will definitely stay there again. I wish the rooftop was on a higher floor, but it was only on the fifth floor, but it wasn’t that bad

Great location and convenient transportation. The elevators were extremely slow. Although there are four elevators, we had to wait at least 10 minutes every day just to get downstairs. At checkout, only one elevator was operating, and every elevator going down was completely packed. We waited for more than 20 minutes, which was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Overall, the elevator service was extremely disappointing and poorly managed.

Perfect location for transport food entertainment. Good room size for the location. Very patient and attentive staff. The lifts, two out of four not working for the majority of stay. Long queues for lifts. Often long waits to get off floor which was very inconvenient. And knowing the hotel well from previous visits it could do with some cosmetic tlc.

The bathrooms,on the lobby level could be cleaner they were bad due to the busy use but an attendant or constant cleaning would help

Good location, fun bar, good social scene

There are 34 floors and unfortunately for us two of the four lifts were out of use. This had real impact we waited approx 20-40 mins every time we left our room. Resulted in a missed event so expensive. We stayed for a week so a bit of a pain. The staff very helpful. Rooms large for New York very clean. Hotel in a brilliant location on a side street off Times Square. Great holiday spoiled by lift issue for us x

When I book for NYC.. I always book here at the same hotel, I’ve been staying here for years when in town. Absolutely great view of Time Square and great nightlife atmosphere! Never a disappointment!

The breakfast was a little expensive compared to neighboring hotels that offer Complimentary breakfast, and they dont have coffee in the room or offer free coffee. Other than that amazing hotel great location.
