Great place

Great vibe. Similar but even better than the great stay we had at their Waikiki property. Speakeasy was nice although it closed early for us at midnight on a Saturday night. Room decor was simple but tasteful and well done. Rooms are large for NYC. Friendly and professional.

Rooms are big compared to other properties at this price point in the area

The room was a good size for NYC, not a closet! Bed was comfy with adequate pillows. The Bell Man was super helpful/accommodating. The Front Desk wasn’t super accommodating with early check-in l, but did end up letting my hubby check-in an hour early. The location is convenient & by Time Square.

Great location if you want to be in mid-town. We were on the 5th floor and could hear the occasional street noise but it wasn’t too bad except for garbage pick up day.

Spacious rooms. Great location. Friendly, helpful staff. Reasonable rates, especially for NYC.

Hotel with a great location and easy parking directly beside the front door!
-
Perfect all around. The rooms were so comfortable, the bed was divine, the linens were so soft. The location was 10/10 - all your essential subway lines were no more than a 5-10 minute walk away. All the good shopping was in close proximity - SoHo and Union Square included. Lots of great places around to eat, too. That I wasn’t there long enough!
-
Nice boutique feeling, familiar staff and great condition of the rooms. Love the free bike vouchers. Nothing.
-
The location is perfect - within walking distance of all the Broadway theatres but not in Times Square crowds.
-
Great location for Theater District
-
Excellent location and very clean. The man working the front door was friendly. I felt welcomed each time.
-
Location is perfect! Cleanly and comfortable. So and Sos was closed most of our stay.
-
The location was perfect to be centrally located in Manhattan with access to metro and walking distance to many sites worth visiting. The room was really comfortable and spacious. The staff were so helpful - in particular Anne and Felix at the reception, who so kindly helped me locate the metro entrance I needed for my travels when travelling solo and carrying heavy luggage - Anne actually used her break time to walk me to the stop, and I couldn't thank her enough.

The room size and location were incredible. The hotel is outdated and feels dusty and not as clean as I expected after reading the reviews. Our ahower had a large flock of someone's hair on the floor and the room smelled of old carpet.

square without having to be in Time square. Easy access to so many of the subway lines. Great local delis for quick but delicious eats. Right around the corner from Whole Foods. Front desk was helpful but a bit brusque. Took advantage of bike rentals but wish they explained a bit more about how it works. They minute you click on the qr for voucher it starts your rental. And they won't give voucher until the day it will be used. So I had to call bike rentals they said it wasn't an issue and you don't need to do that in advance to secure bikes or anything.

Perfect location, close to anywhere you want Probably the building can use a bit of refreshment. Im just nitpicking though

The colors, the chaise lounge, the decorations. The speak easy. I didn't like the shower in the tub, and there were no bar handles for safety
