The location can’t be beat. It’s a small thing but if I am walking down the hall to my room and the carpet is very clean like it was just vacuumed, it says to me that this hotel pays attention to the details. This was our second time staying at the Romer Hell’s Kitchen and I would absolutely stay there again next time I’m in Manhattan.

Rooms are spacious (NY standards) and clean. Staff is welcoming and helpful. Parking immediately adjacent works well.

Great location! Great service ! Beautiful hotel and rooms. The only problem I encountered was with the pillows that are too big and the bed wasn’t firm. I did not have a pleasant sleep cause of that. I recommend the hotel to have a thinner pillows options.

The staff were incredible. We were coming in exhausted after a redeye and they were so kind and helpful to us. The beds were also super comfortable! We all slept so good. And you can’t beat the location. Close enough to walk to Times Square, Broadway, Rockefeller Plaza, and MoMA, without being right in the middle of it all. We appreciated the quiet of the neighborhood, and the ease of hopping on the subway less than a block away. Would definitely stay here again!

The reception staff is courteous and helpful with any questions. Very spacious and clean room. Good breakfast. Excellent location.

It was very clean and quiet and the location couldn’t be beat. Parking was expensive but that’s not Romer’s fault. It was very easy though!
