La habitación estaba limpia y segura para ser un hotel viejo , esta cerca de la transportación y atracciones! Lo unico que impresiona es la cantidad de homeless que había en las calles cercanas lo que es responsabilidad del municipio.

Overall, it was a great stay. Hotel is really close to Times Square, Broadway theaters, restaurants. Room was very clean. It does appear that they are in the process of upgrading the hotel. The elevator wait was sometimes long. But overall I enjoyed my stay. Would book again .

Rooms were well equipped and clean. Housekeeping was fantastic. I gave lower star rating due to getting sandbagged by both the front counter staff and the adjacent parking garage. I booked with a parking package at their applicable rates and upon check in I was specifically directed to the parking garage around the corner. I parked my vehicle there for three nights and when I checked out I had to pay an extra $360 USD to get my vehicle back. That's in addition to the "parking package" that I paid for. This additional fee was not disclosed. I reached out to the hotel to simply discuss the matter and have been ghosted. No response at all. So, be careful with what you're paying for at this hotel.

First, the reception person sent us to room 916 and we entered the room, finding people being already in the room, it was very unpleasant. Second he sent us to room 647, where the A/C was not working and we can't remain as it was very hot in New York. After almost 2 hours of waiting for the manager, that did not show at all, we received room 1247, where we remained for the 3 nights, as intended. The TV and the phone were not working in room 1247 and they send the maintenance to repair at the end of the following day. The hotel needs a big maintenance and general repair project, including the change to the customer friendly attitude of the reception personnel. We will not go and will not recommend to any person to stay at this hotel.

Great location foot steps from the square.

Pick another spot unless this is a deal. The bed is hard and you can feel the springs in it. We started with dirty sheets, dirty bathtub, and dusty looking decorations on the wall. The door going into the room was impossible to open, so much so that my girlfriend couldn't even get it opened. This unfortunately applies to every other room, as to close it, doors need to be slammed which can be heard throughout the floor. They only operate 2 out of 4 elevators for some reason, and it goes from Top to Bottom. So if you get a low floor like we did, be prepared to watch multiple passes as they come down full. The only upside to this place is that it's in a good location. I don't know why they say it's a three star hotel. The nicest thing about this place was the lobby.

I loved our view from our room breathtaking overall I wasn’t a fan on how I was treated by the greeting staff making us feel unwelcome and giving us dirty looks like we didn’t belong there specifically the main lady who greets guests when you walk in

The fact that I booked and paid my stay via Expedia they charged an additional $150 what a rip off never again

Staff were lovely. Location great. Breakfast was dreadful. Raw chewy pastries, foul. This level of hotel with this rating and for the cost, I would certainly expect fresh produce at least. It was a booth offering shop style desk, not even a plate provided. Minimal options. Not worth paying for AT ALL. Coffee was also awful. Told on arrival by a lovely receptionist (really welcoming) that guests need to be patient, its an old hotel and renovation work ongoing. I think that was a big ask, if the cost reflected the current situation, then that's fair to request that guests are patient, but it was expensive! The rating of this hotel is incorrect. It's more a 3 at a push! Also no signage outside so hard to locate. As I say? Staff were lovely though, especially the staff cleaning the rooms, friendly and fun.

The room was dirty & the AC wouldn't turn down. It was extremely cold. They took the phone off the hook Saturday night after I called requesting a refrigerator and they never brought it.

Hotel was nice. There were apparent recent renovations. The bathroom left a little to be desired, with a barn door that didn’t want to stay shut, a shower floor slanted in the wrong direction away from the drain so water pooled at the opposite end, and the hot and cold on the sink faucet were backwards.
