The staff was amazing ! The dining area was so clean and the friendliest staff ever ! The room was large and had everything we needed

Not to mention our room had a great shower a great bed and you get chocolate chip cookies when you check in.

We were traveling with 2 bicycles and the staff were very accommodating with regards to their storage while we were there.

Great stay and convenient location

Be aware you are responsible for for parking your vehicle in parking garage which is next to hotel.$63.00 a day not part of hotel fee.

I had to wait 30 minutes to check in on top of that there was a lady at the counter who kept letting people cut the line knowing we were all there waiting already and then had to wait another 10-15 minutes to get a room which I had booked as available which wasn’t available so had to wait for the cleaning lady to get it ready. Once we got upstairs the room was clean but there was a big red stain in the carpet which I think the cleaning lady couldn’t get to. If you stay here you will have to have a lot of patience. Good luck with your stay.

Location The computer system was down was checked in under a canceled reservation, which cost me about $500 more than charged me a cancellation fee

The staff were helpful, the rooms were clean, and the hotel felt secure and safe. There were very little offerings for food in the area around 9:30pm, however, but that's not a knock on the hotel itself, just the area. Would absolutely stay there again and you could not get any more conveniently located to Newark Penn Station.

The room itself was clean. Staff took a bit to sign us in, they didn’t give any suggestions on food when asked, the location was a bit terrifying for my family. There was human feces around the door of the building.
