Furniture looked dated in the bathroom

The location was fantastic and the staff were very nice. The beds were not particularly comfortable. It was also a bit odd because the two beds in the room we were in had different bedding -- one had a proper comforter and one a flannel blanket. I also had trouble sleeping as the bedding seems to have been washed in a detergent that made me itch all night...I even got worried that there were bed bugs and inspected the bed with a flashlight in the middle of the night ;-P The water in the bathroom tasted and smelled as though it had been pumped directly from the Hudson. Despite these inconveniences, the location really made the hotel worth it.

The room is spacious, the bed comfortable and the staff was super helpful and welcoming. The shuttle service to and from the airport is excellent. We’ve stayed here once before and would stay again!

Location There was some problem with the card swiping machine because 4 different cards did not work on the machine and we had to make a cash deposit. Next day, at another hotel, cards did work properly

The hotel is extremely close to the train station so it’s easy to come in and out of nyc I was lied to over the phone when I asked about parking. The parking garage has its own set of prices that the hotel made it seem like they can validate but arriving they said they could not. I ordered food to my room and they were not trying to accommodate me by bringing it upstairs after my delivery expressed they could not go upstairs.

Rooms and corridor smelled like wet dog. Other then the location of the hotel there isnt any good comments I can make.

Staff was helpful. Location is great.

Disappointing

Everything was great, except the parking.The parking next to it is not part of the hotel,but you can park there but you have to pay for it. But other than that everything was great 👍

Location greta for access directly to penn station and airport shuttle Room wasn't very clean carpeting was dirty in areas including toe nail clippings

This was my second timing staying at this specific location. Both stays were incident free. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. Front desk provide you with delicious fresh baked cookies daily. The only thing of note is that there has been a partially unfinished glass of wine left beside the wall outside my room. It sat there from sometime before I arrived and was still there 2 days later when I went to checkout. Housekeeping did took care of everything inside the room on both stays.

Very clean and quiet place!!! Connected to the train station which was a bonus!!!

The Not So Good - breakfast is not technically free, you need to set the right number of guests if you prepay. We only set one guest during booking and they only gave coupons for one guest- our mistake but we didn’t know they needed coupons . The staff at the restaurant were able to make an exception so that we could pay for one person instead of 3 people after we ran out of coupons Parking is also not free, we were able to book for a garage on Parking.com to get around that issue Also there is no pool, we thought there was when we booked (our mistake)

Not the best area being right next to the station but the hotel was immaculate.
