During our 4 day stay there was no housekeeping at all despite asking, this includes not being given new towels, amenities, etc. Parking situation was horrible, we were forced to walk 20+ mins just to get to the hotel from our parking spot which was almost 20 dollars a night. It was impossible to sleep as during our visit there were about 5-6 fire alarms that went off between the hours of 3-5am. The pool that was promised in the hotel package was closed 2 days without a definitive explanation as to why. I’d like to receive a partial refund due to the amount of inconvenience given for the amount we paid.

Very nice a elegant hotel and very clean as well

The hotel is nice and we enjoyed the 24hr fitness room and complimentary breakfast. My biggest issue is a hotel charging guests for parking in a parking lot thats so small, you are not guaranteed a spot. After our event, coming back late, there were no available spaces. We were comped our charge for parking but finding parking in the area was less than ideal.

Surprisingly good, clean and sizable room, very helpful and gracious check in staff, Breakfast was good too. We had a room with river view which helped. Microwave and fridge also helpful. More light in bedroom would be better though…

The staff was friendly, and the cleanliness of the room was satisfactory. However, the fire alarm constantly went off throughout my stay, which was extremely disruptive, annoying, and frustrating. It made it difficult to relax and enjoy my time at the hotel. I understand that fire alarms are important for safety, but the repeated disruptions were unacceptable and significantly affected my overall experience. I believe the hotel should address this ongoing issue and offer some type of compensation for the inconvenience.

A fire alarm woke us up at 3am, we thought it was a real fire. Everyone evacuated the building . The firefighters didn’t find any fires so we went back in. Every half hour the alarm went off. We couldn’t go back to sleep. I had to call off from work to try to get more sleep unfortunately, the alarm was going off at 8 am , 9am , 10am . I eventually check out before the time. Worst hotel experience. On top of that there was a bunch of kids from a baseball league staying at the hotel . There was a lot of people we couldn’t barely get breakfast.

The property was nice and clean, and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The only downside was that the lobby and elevator were a little warm, as the AC didn’t seem to be working very well. Other than that, we had a great overall experience!

This was an excellent hotel , it was very clean and the rooms are excellent. My only issue is that parking after 11 pm is an issue, you have to park at a different location if you are at the hotel after this time. It took us 1 hour to fin a parking location so I had to change hotels the next day.

Furniture in lobby & dining area were dirty ..stains everywhere. Our bedsheets smelled like urine. Will not stay again.

Unfortunately, this hotel was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. We came back late after a concert and there was no parking. We saw the Security worker standing outside & ask where we should park & he started yelling & cursing at us - really scary! We had to park under a bridge per the front desk lady who was actually so nice and even walked us back to the hotel because we felt unsafe. We had a concert again the next night & we’re so nervous to have a repeat of what happened & I had to wait till the next day to talk to the manager who was nice and apologized but it sounded like that wasn’t the first time they’ve gotten complaints about that security guy. It was not the nicest area already and then having their only security guard yell at us aggressively was not something I ever want to experience again. I wish there was some kind of compensation for the experience we had but unfortunately nothing. If you’re traveling alone or know you will be getting back to the hotel late, I do not recommend staying here.

Great job

The bathrooms had mold under the sink and there was hair in the shower and on the towels horrible
-
There also wasn’t a pen or notepad anywhere in the room, which is such a basic hotel amenity. I actually needed a pen and had to go six floors down to the front desk just to get one. My biggest frustration was the parking. Charging $22 per night to park when you’re already paying to stay at the hotel feels excessive. On top of that, there is a $100 per day incidental hold, with the parking fee deducted from it. Overall, the room was comfortable and very clean, but for the price and the Hampton Inn name, I expected better attention to basic amenities and fewer excessive additional charges.

I would’ve given this hotel a better rating but the parking situation is horrible. There are not enough parking spaces available. If you arrive at the hotel later in the day, You will have to park in another lot and pay for parking in that lot or your car will get towed. The staff need to be trained to tell people where to park. Only the lady that worked at the desk in the morning knew where I could park if I got to the hotel later. Other than that the hotel was clean and the breakfast was okay.

Hotel itself was clean and ok. But parking gets full early and they close it off and tell u to find street parking or a parking lot that’s down the road and under a bridge. Pray you find a parking
