FD Anna was really helpful with everything. Swimming pool furniture needs to be taken care a little more. Room was ok, not too much fan of breakfast but overall good experience.

No communication on parking. I paid for parking went out for dinner and had to wait almost 3 hours, eventually I parked somewhere else and was told parking could not be refunded. Won't be going back ever!

this is a great hotel for when you are constantly on the go, i love that i was able to go to the gas station at 2am because i needed to smoke lol! problems i had? was the gym being a bit tiny and it didn’t have the proper attachments like a threaded cable so i could work out my triceps, i also arrived late so the pool was closed im sad i missed out on that, and also the coffee maker inside the hotel room was so confusing to figure out 😭😭😭 however the complimentary breakfast was lovely and the staff was incredible. ou also the room i booked was divine and clean! i would definitely come here again for 2-3 nights instead of 1. thanks for reading and have a good day! 💗

Breakfast was pretty good & had everything from cereal, bagels to make your own waffles. I travel for concerts and shows a lot and I would stay here again

Location was fine Breakfast was rank. No water in room no tea bags Bar wasnt open.on time I was privy to a conversation re a staff member that should have been in private

The air conditioner was leaking in the room. The carpet was soaked. There was not another room available to move to. They sent a maintenance person to the room and he did nothing. There was also a car next to us parked extremely close and looked like people were sleeping in the car. They had an extension cord running and plugged in somewhere.
