Excellent service, if I'm in the area again this would be the hotel I'd stay at

Good and clean

This was a great place to stay! While the area may not be the safest, the hotel felt very safe and the parking was safe! The staff was very kind and helpful and gave great food recommendations! The only complaint is the loud street outside, but that’s to be expected in a city.

Hotel is on a main road but plenty of parking. Area is fairly industrial with no local restaurants. Rooms are large suites. Bed was comfortable and good water pressure in the shower. Staff were helpful but general feel of hotel is dated and well used. Close to Newark airport was reason for staying and price

The room was not up to code. When we made it to our room door it was open. The carpet was old and ripped. Furniture was old with loose knobs. Scratched up wood. The carpet needed to be cleaned because there was something sticky on the carpet. I requested that but it did not get done. Due to the FIFA all hotels were booked so we couldn’t find a different room location. Requested a different room at the hotel but none were available.

The room was clean. It had a frig. The bedding was very comfortable and clean. The staff was nice and helpful. Some weird people hung out in the lobby and in the parking lot. The breakfast was nothing to write about. It was prepackaged food.

Staff was extremely accommodating to us. Hotel was clean and the breakfast was good.

We weren’t there very long to take advantage of the free breakfast or amenities. We stayed one night due to a flight cancellation issue. The place smelled damp and the furniture is outdated. It is okay for a short and place to sleep, but nothing special.

Everything was good Just that it didn’t have water. Like a vending machine was there but no water.

Staff did not pay attention to my requests at all. Morning after stay, towels were changed, but bed was not made.

The biggest problem was the smell. It smells like old cleaning product or something. I don't know how they're going to get that out of there. The breakfast was average. The coffee tasted terrible. They had packets of creamer instead of putting out fresh half n half. It was about a 0.5 mile walk to a major train station.

The female desk clerk was rude, I was told that the breakfast staff was making fun of an over weight guest. They were pointing fingers. Shaking there head on how big she was. Coming from the back to show other staff members. So rude. I would not recommend a dog to stay at this location, I have nothing good to say about this location but it had a bed for me to sleep. Never again. And I plan on returning next year NEVER AGAIN!
