    We stayed at this hotel in June 2025, and apart from a really awful odor in our room, it was okay so we booked it again this year (for one night). This time, the room was not fully cleaned, had some serious maintenance issues, didn’t have enough bedding or towels for the 3 people for whom we booked the room, and, worst of all, had a broken A/C causing the temperature in the room to be 80 degrees! We immediately called for assistance with the A/C, and the fellow who came to the room fiddled a bit with the thermostat and then told us it was broken. When we asked to be moved to a different room, he said there were none available. We explained that one of us was seriously sensitive to undue heat, and that we would unable to stay in the room without cooling. We asked if he would get it repaired, and he said that was not possible because it was Friday afternoon and he’d not be able to get service that quickly. Only then did we notice that there was a box fan in the room, I.e., they KNEW the A/C was broken and had done nothing about it! We requested a refund, and he said his manager would have to make that decision. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. (We left immediately and booked a room at a nearby Marriott.)

    Nothing I had no choice to stay there The front desk was rude my room i booked for had no ac no other rooms available unable to help me rushing me nd forced me to stay with bed bug droppings no tv ac not working properly

    Not much Booked my room, got to the hotel only to find out that my room had no working AC and was told I could not be moved to another room with working AC because my reservation didn't match that room type. There was a couple who checked in right before me and they came back immediately to get another room because their room smelled of smoke and they were given another room immediately. i asked for their old room that smelled like smoke but had a working air conditioner event though i hate smoking rooms but I wanted to be cool. The guy at the front desk said no and he could bring me another fan (there was already one fan in the room). If I had another option I would have left but he 'said' they were booked up but how are you booked up when you have rooms to swap around when needed? I was there and know there was another room available but was not allowed to have that room with working AC. Paid WAY too much to stay at this hotel. On top of this - every floor smell of marijuana

    The rooms have filthy carpet and bathroom sink and tub had poor drainage. The windows on the building are filthy. Luggage carriers are old and dilapidated, filthy.

    The room was clean. Everything outside of the room was dirty. We went in to use the pool and you couldn’t see through the water. We went to get breakfast and there was no drinks available in the counters were dirty.

    Nothing! The hotel smells like mold! The rugs are GROSS! The pool was dirty towels everywhere no clean towels also smelt horrible.. also breakfast was a joke! They ran out of milk and no employees to be able to get more! Eggs were watery NOTHING to drink besides coffee! Also very dirty! We had dirty towels in our room and old food sitting in the microwave that smelled like Death! I was ready to ask for a refund but sadly had somewhere to be in the am and didn’t have enough time!

    Overall, the room was spacious pretty clean. But the whole hotel needs maintenance, and there was a lot of cracks and broken areas in the room. The TV have issues not a lot of channels. Options All of the cracks and the floor in the bathroom, broken towels.We first got there, he was washing tail.So we didn't have any towels in our room

    The staff.person behind the desk was very friendly. The bathtub was moldy, the whole hallway smelled of mold, and there were various hairs inside of the tub that did not belong to me.

    It was absolutely not a 3 of 5. That is exceptionally misleading. This hotel should be rated a 1 or a 1.5 at best.
