The motel itself was clean. The front desk workers however are impatient and rude to customers

As soon as we walk in, we saw a big old cockroach running across the floor. Something was stuck to the bedspread.

Cost and location fine, staff was nice. The rude group of people who were clearly under the influence hanging out by the steps upon arrival. TV remote did not operate the TV after multiple attempts to reprogram the remote.

The police advised us to leave because it’s a rough hotel it is not a good place to stay.

Had to go to the office to get clean pillow cases. A big reason we choose this place was because the website reservation said there was a continental breakfast, but when we went down in the morning he just shrugged and said they didn't do it anymore.

Nothing Trying To Actually Have The Room Cleaned And Fully Prepared For The Customer it Was Terrible The Room Smelled Like Smoke The Bathroom Wasnt Clean At All The Couch was Broken The Bathroom Door Was Broken And Hanging Off The Hinges When i Got There!

Lobby appeared to be clean. I knew it was a smoking room because the attendant told me it was. We got to the room and noted carpet had a lot of debris. We pulled back blanket and noted burn holes in the blankets and a lot of hair. I tried to use a towel to sweep it off but the more I tried the more I found. There appeared to be mold under caulking at the bathroom sink. We did not spend the night there. I have yet to get our money back. When I checked in the attendant told me we got the last room. When we told him we were leaving and asked for a refund he offered another room. We declined. The last thing wasn't terrible, you could see on the wall that it had been patched and not repainted.

Room wasn’t swept or vacuumed. The room also had dead bugs all around, and feces on the wall. All the sheets and blankets has stains and holes. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever seen in my life. upon check in, The staff immediately disappeared to go make groceries because they all live in the hotel and even had a mattress in one of the office rooms and plain sight.

When we booked it said included breakfast and there was a pool. There was neither. The room was clean but outside was filthy and smelled if urine and there a lot of trash on stairs that were a tripping hazard.

I booked a3 night stay 2 nights we had a storm and no electricity with no compensation no back up generators nothing just in dark until you weren’t.. the door locked on the handle but no other safety features the door had crackers you could see outside you get what you pay for.

The place has a bad infestation of roaches. I had the front desk move me twice and it got worse with each room. The last room had bugs so bad that we couldn’t turn the lights out to sleep. My boyfriend managed to fall asleep but I was up the whole night killing bugs on the ceiling over the bed , next to the bed and every where else in between. I have to work the next day and I’m dead tired. Waiting to speak to a manager in the am

The towels were worn and stained the sheets were not 180 thread the sheets had beads on them room needed to be more cleaner. I kept finding Caucasian hair on my clothes.

I came with the family. It was terribly disgusted. The only good thing I could say is that the hotel did try to come in with new sheets and they did refund me because I refuse to stay there

The room was filthy. The bedding had stains on them. There was food and dirt all over the carpet. The room stunk and had dead AND alive beetles and roaches in the room. I immediately checked out and refused to stay there. I would not recommend anyone staying here.

The condition of the room was genuinely shocking — not in a “budget hotel, manage your expectations” way, but in a “this should not be rented to human beings” way. Everything looked worn beyond the point of no return: the kind of wear that tells you maintenance hasn’t been a priority in years, not months. I travel enough to know the difference between a place that’s modest and a place that’s neglected. This was neglect. I didn’t unpack a single item. To the hotel’s credit, I did get my money back — which tells you everything you need to know. Even they couldn’t argue with what I was looking at. Save yourself the trip. There are better options at every price point.

States there is a breakfast, but not true. Sketchy clients staying at hotel.

The location was good! I could easily find places to eat and gas. The TV did not work.
