The staff did everything possible to fix a screw up that may have happened from Booking.com, or from the fact that I modified my stay by reducing the length by one day. I had booked almost a month in advance for a single, non smoking, room for a mobility impaired senior. Because of personal reasons I had to modify that reservation from a three night stay to a two-night stay. This I did through booking.com, instead of simply modifying my reservation it was canceled and another reservation was opened. And as I went to check in I found out the only room they had available was on the second floor and it was a smoking room! I believe the fault is in booking.com as they just did not reduce my original reservation from a three night to a two night and I would have kept my preferences as I originally reserved instead I believe they canceled and a new reservation with no preferences to the room or anything else was forwarded to the property! So I place this rating both on booking.com and the property as they did what they could to accommodate me and get me a room on to the first floor.

You get what you pay for. The woman at the desk was rude, dismissive, yelling at me because she could not speak, understand, or communicate english well. Room was ok, but old, musty, dirty carpet. Typical motel. Many ppl are living there, so they hang around in their doors. Some weird altercation, police were called.

They do not offer breakfast only attitudes, disrespect and racism. The refrigerator wasn't cleaned out and there were other damages that I took pictures of the moment I got into the room because I felt like they were going to charge me from the moment the front desk clerk got disrespectful with me. CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

The front desk worker was very rude!! They do a no refund policy to force you to pay all of there hidden fees. I booked a smoking room online to get there and be told “from her end it saids nonsmoking” so I would have to pay them a 50$ deposit or pay them a extra 25$ to get it switched to a smoking room even though I booked a smoking room so I basically paid 93 dollars for a room that was suppose to be 68$. They also have a 1$ deposit for room keys. The microwave and fridge was dirty. Someone dirty rag and towel was still in the bathroom and had a used roll of tissue that was less then half of a roll. Comforters had so many burn holes in it. Do not spend your money here!!!

This place needs to be shut down honestly immediately. Everything from the service of the people who own it and the fact that they are robbing people in broad daylight.

It was close to every where I needed to go. The staff was friendly. There was a rude customer in front of me but they continued to be professional. The room smelled of stale smoke.

For the price it was adequate. The room was clean, but shop worn. The amenities were a TV, a microwave, a hair dryer, and a small refrigerator. We only used the refrigerator, and it worked fine. The king size bed was not as firm as we like, but we both slept fine. The receptionist I would not characterize as a people person and English was a bit of a challenge for her. If you're looking for economic lodging for the night I'd recommend it. If you're looking for the grand hotel experience, this hotel not so much.
