The staff is exceptional, very cordial daily, and just plain nice. I highly recommend the stay

Great hotel for our dogs. Nice, clean areas to walk them. Friendly staff.

I enjoyed my stay

1. The check in was awful. They said they didn’t have the king bed we booked for and after 1.5 hours of back and forth they said we do have a king bed available. 2. There was a strong scent in the room that gave my spouse allergies ALL night.

It was about 10:30pm.we had driven a lttle over 3 hours from Maryland. We only stayed one night and it was our worst stay. The young woman at the front desk who checked us in was very rude. She was laid back in the chair with her feet up on the counter when we walked in. My friend politely asked to be checked in. She stood up and said, "ID and credit card." No smile. No welcoming slogan. No, hello. I stood off to the side to appear to not be with him just so I could observe what would happen next. He handed her what she asked for as she starts an informal, across the room, rather loud conversation with another female co-worker (I'd assume) that was sitting near the breakfast station the entire time as he was standing there in front of her waiting to be checked in. She still hasn't acknowledged him with a hello, thank you, or any words at this point just quickly slammed and slid his driver's license, credit card and room keys across the counter towards him but not to him and left them in the middle of the counter for him to retrieve. When I stepped to the counter with a frown on my face from what she just did, she smiled at me and asked politely if I needed to be checked in. When I said I was with him, her demeanor shifted, and she stood back. My friend retrieved the items and we went to room 1X9. We barely got any rest as there were loud talking and laughing in the lobby area ALL NIGHT. We were awakened to continuous laughter and chick chattering. Just noise too noisy.

The pricing on the weekend for long time customers and I use booking all the time to book my rooms and I hasn't rewarded me with a free night stay. I'm about to drop booking !!

I like the area, Jefferson Avenue. It’s close to EVERYTHING! The breakfast could use some improvements and the coffee machine gave out watered down coffee
-
The only downside was the fitness room, the treadmill wasn’t working :( but not big deal. It was just too humid to run outside
-
Close to airport Signage not very good
-
The pressure on the water is not good when you take a shower it barely coming out the rest is good the bed are comfortable
-
The cleanest and more modern bathroom The person that greeted us Thomas melody was so unprofessional and unfriendly … couldn’t be helpful cause we were a third party reservation
-

I love this hotel staff is amazing beds are amazing bathroom is beautiful
-
It was an “ok” hotel. The carpet was old and my socks were nearly black on the bottom after walking around in the room over a couple days. The bathroom floor was sticky which is why I wore socks in the room. The bed was great! It was comfortable and I liked the linens.
-
I love the bathroom the most. I was able to reset mentally with the shower. I did love everything about the hotel. I will be staying again. I really didn;t have any complaints about staying at this hotel. It was much better than my previous hotel that stayed at in New Jersey. Keep up the great work.

Good location for the river, bay and ocean. Right across the street from the mall in case you need to run a quick errand. Also we got to choose the floor which was awesome! the breakfast area was kind of crowded and they had a Keurig machine. Not great coffee, they only used the second warmer on Sunday, Friday morning I missed all the eggs before 9 AM.

The room was clean The room was nice and clean

The young man who checked us in was very professional and kind. The room was clean. The children enjoyed the swimming pool. It was only 10 minutes from my mom and brother’s who I came to visit. The breakfast was good. I wish they had offered more fruit for breakfast.
