Maintenance issues not addressed It’s a tired building

It was conveniently located, super clean, comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. I would stay there again should I need to visit the area again. The breakfast set up was great, but it was very bottlenecked and hard to get around since it was so tiny.

The staff were super nice and helpful. There were some sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot.

Our room did not have a handicap shower. Originally bought a king suite with ada shower. So the hostest gave us regular Ada queen room, which ended up being a single double bed not a queen! We were given no refund for the difference in room prices. Just very upsetting for a Hilton stay.

The cost compared to amenities. Too expensive for just a bed and tv. The toilet did not flush easily. I had to hold the handle down until it flushed completely

Rooms were comfortable. Staff friendly. Breakfast very good. Elevator was broken (however staff notified us the day before which was very nice). Too few outlets/charging stations in room.

Nice place to stay. Close to Cracker Barrel.

Great hotel, everything was very nice.

I have stayed at this hotel at least four times so it has met my overall needs. I was a little disappointed this time, however. There was a dog in one of the rooms and the dog barked all night long. It was difficult to fall asleep. Also, I did not reserve or pay for a handicap room and the attendant assigned me to one. May try another hotel the next time.

Room had musty smell. Bathroom floor was dirty. Bathroom ceiling needed repair. Breakfast re-stocking slow.

The room was clean and up to date. However, the shower rod was sagging so the shower curtain would not stay in place, and the ice machine was near our room and was very noisy, especially when someone wanted ice each morning at 5:30. You should also be aware that they allow pets. We could hear dogs yipping in the hallway and next door.

Convenient to everything It’s old, shower was rusted. Dust in corners and found a bug in the bed last day we stayed

Both room were not clean . Also there were a roach in the room and I have pictures to provide our stay. Cleanliness

The staff was great. The room was nice. The only thing I would say would be the pull out sofa bed mattress needs to be changed out.
