Perfect location! Lobby, rooms etc- stunning! Friendly staff, too! Would definitely stay here again and recommend anyone traveling to Nice to stay here! Room was a little small, but that’s standard in Europe, so not really a complaint!

The location was ideal and it was very clean. The breakfast was very good and had delicious gluten free bread. We had a beautiful view from our room and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was a little small but the shower was excellent.

There is no approach to the lift, and with suitcases, it's impossible to manage.

Fairly quiet on the hotel floor side but very noisy (cars, bikes....) till late at night (ca. 2am) on the street side

Location Cleanliness: the stairs going down on the left side of the lift have spiderwebs. Room: very tiny room Access to the room: 2 sets of stairs + a old lift does not make it easy to get to the room with luggages No gym.

Perfect location with views of the promenade from my room. The hotel sits in old town so the ability ti walk in that area snd eat and shop was fantastic

The most amazing view. Location was so convenient- you could access restaurants, shops and the beach within short walks. Weird that there was no small fridge and the coffee machine in room didn't work, but staff allowed me to get coffee from the breakfast area. Other than the full breakfast buffet, the hotel offered no way to get a bite or a drink. If we bought it elsewhere, there was no place to store it. Also seemed odd to pay to rent a beach towel, but that may be the standard for the area, just different than US hotels.

Great price for location and quality. Rooms are cute, clean and have everything you could need for a short visit to Nice. Staff is very accommodating and kind, we had a nice view of the park from our room. Location really cannot be beat in old Nice and steps away from promenade. Rooms are on the smaller side (as to be expected in France) and a mini fridge would have been appreciated but we made do without one!
