Imagine waking up in the middle of the night and finding a stranger standing in your room. We were shocked, scared, and completely confused. We were then told that we had only a few minutes to leave. The problem was never the money. We were already checked in and had been told that everything was paid and confirmed. Even if there was an issue with the reservation, I would have understood. I am a reasonable person, and if the situation had been explained politely, there would have been no problem. What is completely unacceptable is the way it was handled. A simple phone call or respectful conversation would have been enough. Instead, staff entered our room while we were sleeping and effectively kicked us out without any proper explanation. I am not the type of person who leaves negative reviews or tries to harm someone’s business. In fact, I almost never write reviews. The hotel itself was nice, but the lack of communication, respect, and professionalism in this situation was shocking. I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world and have never experienced anything like this. People should be aware of how situations like this are handled here.

The view was nice and the bathroom was good looking We only got one roomkey for 2 people (even after asking) and we could not let the key at the reception so we could never do anything independent.
-
Small friendly hotel. Location of this hotel was excellent. Close to sea, close to airport and close to downtown Nice.
-
The best shower of all the hotels we have stayed in over the past 10 days.

Very helpful staff
-
Great location, right near transit and the beach. Not a criticism of the hotel, but the transit police in Nice extorted us, saying we didn't pay the fair. We did, but they wouldn't listen. They charged us $80 Euros. What a rip off. We will NEVER return to Nice.

Great tiny space for a one night stay. They had a locked storage for bags in the basement in case you check out No issues
-
The room we had had a balcony close to a medical facility so every 10 to 30 minutes you would potentially hear ambulances coming to/from. However, most ambulances don’t have their sirens on unless there’s traffic.

The hotel is perfectly located, very close to the airport and just steps from the seaside. The city center is about a 15-minute walk away, which we actually found ideal. Being slightly removed from the busiest areas gave the neighborhood a more local, authentic feel rather than a touristy one. The staff was kind and helpful. It meant a lot to us to be warmly greeted and to have someone readily available to answer our questions throughout our stay. We originally booked a city-view room with a balcony, but to our surprise, we were upgraded to a beautiful sea-view room! Such a lovely and appreciated gesture. <3 The double bed was comfortable overall, but it tended to move quite a bit. Whenever my friend shifted during the night, I could feel the motion and would often wake up as the whole bed moved.

poor signage okay

Elevator was broken. Had to carry two large suitcases down 5 flights. Fortunately at 70 , I am in good shape. It is far from old city.

I loved everything. Room was a great size(for EU) the washroom was great shower storage in washroom which never happens. Storage for clothes desk with coffee maker and little fridge. Fantastic coffee maker main level and water filtered for your bottles definitely a plus. They even have a place to restock anything u run out of. The shampoo and body wash was my fave great quality. The staff made our beds and changed sheets mid way cannot say enough about the girls they were amazing! So helpful and extremely sweet bravo. The balcony with view was our fave it was so nice to unwind at the end of the day or start the day on it. They also have umbrellas for the beach first come basis but very helpful. Close to transit took us a bit but realize how awesome our location was after getting the hang of it. Will definitely be back to stay Nice is great central Location to continue exploring the French Reviera. I have no negative comments

The location near la promenade des anglais HORRIBLE experience. The hotel looks nothing like the photos online — everything is a pale copy. Rooms are tiny, humid, and have only sheer curtains, so it’s impossible to sleep with all the light. It’s extremely noisy too. The coffee machine is disgusting, and the locker room is filthy. None of the elevators were working, so I had to carry my luggage to the 5th floor myself. Overall, terrible service and completely misleading presentation. Would never stay here again.
