However, the rooms are not very spacious considering the price. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. It was too warm throughout the hotel, and the AC did not work properly. The air conditioner in my children’s room broke down during our stay, and I believe we should have been compensated for that night because it significantly affected our comfort. I was also surprised that access to the spa required an additional fee. Considering the high room rates, I don’t understand why guests have to pay extra to use the hotel’s facilities. Overall, the location and the view are outstanding, but the hotel needs to improve its services to justify its price.

Staff was very client oriented and friendly. Hotel was a small pearl in the center of Nice. The view from our window - actually there was no view. I'd love to have a city view staying there. ?

Location and helpfull staff Elevator is too small.

The location was good, as the hotel was close to both the train station and the main tourist attractions, making it very convenient for getting around. For the price we paid, the hotel itself was quite disappointing. The property felt rather dated, featuring a super old elevator that could only fit two people at a time and often required a long wait. The room left a lot to be desired as well. Upon entering, there was an unpleasant smell that forced us to keep the windows open, though it did improve over time. The overall cleanliness was lacking, and we even found what I presume was a blood stain on the extra pillow left in the closet. Finally, the walls were quite thin, meaning we could clearly hear our neighbors' conversations in the middle of the night.

I had quite a bad experience with one member of staff, and for this reason I was very unhappy with my time here. I hope others like me will not be treated like this.

The hotel staff was exceptionally cordial and helpful, and the "superior" room was well-designed and spacious enough for 2, even with twin beds. Air conditioning was indispensable during the heat wave, and worked efficiently. Bed and pillows were absolutely perfect, and the room was quiet. One thing that always wins me over with a hotel is the breakfast. At the Hotel Florence it was exceptional, with excellent local products - including their very own honey made from the bees with hives up on the roof garden! Having the parking garage directly across the street was definitely a plus in convenience. Also, the lounge on the 1st floor, with coffee, water and cakes for a snack was a perfect spot to stop for a pick-me-up on returning to the hotel.

Bathroom was very small and the room was a little dark compared to the photos in the listing.

Close to center. Clean new rooms. Fantastic staff helping almost at all issues. Everything is fine for a 3 star hotel.

Locations, staff, comfortable bed, great air conditioning, wonderful breakfast, and clean. We returned to the hotel after traveling out of the area, because the location was so central. We had a very enjoyable stay! Bathroom was a little small.

Perfect location if you want to be close to the tramway line or go to the airport! Could be a bit loud at night in the street

Go next door to the restaurant, have a good meal and use their Wi-Fi. It's very strong there. Housekeeping does not leave coffee/cream in the room. We had to go to the front desk to get our coffee, and to the store to buy our own cream. Stairway going to the 2nd story was dirty. Did not leave a good first impression when we arrived.
