Amazing location and super friendly staff. Rooms were perfect, little things like our room key kept disconnecting and our safe malfunctioning but beyond that it was a great hotel for the price.

There was a strong sewage smell in the room, which was very unpleasant. We reported it to the hotel, but the problem was not properly resolved. The breakfast was acceptable, but nothing more than average. The elevators were extremely slow, which became frustrating during the stay.

My husband and I decided to visit Nice and the French Riviera for the first time. We chose this hotel based on room size, price, and location, all of which were excellent and of good value. I enjoyed swimming in the hotel's indoor swimming pool. This hotel is in an excellent location near the seaside, restaurants, grocery stores, and more. Our room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. We hope to stay here again and have already recommended it to others. The floor plate in the shower had a bump in the middle of it, so water got onto the bathroom floor. Other than that, all was well.

If you want it to be quiet at night, ask for the yard side of the building. It was quite noisy in the room on street side, especially if you open the window.

Location of the hotel is excellent. Just around the corner from Place Massena. Hotel is very nice, low key and clean.

It was our second tlme in this hotel. We stayed 4 nights just before X’mas, everyhing was great as before. Rooms, staff etc. We strongly recommend who looking for good location and other benefits. We, especially thanks to Tommy and other staffs for their great service.
