Concierge was helpful. I can believe how much I paid for a double bed room with a view of a drying rack and tinniest shower. This hotel is not worth over 1k a night. Had to pay even more for parking. When we were loading our car, valet just sat there. Never offered to help. This not a 5 star hotel.

I wouldn’t describe the room to have a partial view of sea when you need to step onto balcony and duck down to see it. There was not enough seating around the pool. Weird to have toilet in separate room from bathroom; maybe have a separate room within the bathroom and definitely need a larger shower for such a fancy hotel.

Good location Unfortunately, the rooms were quite small and had a very unpleasant odor, which made my stay uncomfortable.

The hotel staff were amazing. The room was spotless and the pool area was very clean. You cannot be the location to the Old Town and the beach. The outside breakfast area needs to be steam cleaned due to the bird crap and the chair cushions replaced.

Location The rooms are very outdated. The alarm clocks in both our rooms went off at 6am and wouldn’t turn off - no compensation. There wasn’t even a spoon to stir your in-room coffee, just a little stick. They left a bottle of red wine in my room as a welcome gift, only I would have appreciated if they had asked if I drink red or white .. they don’t care

Great hotel right in the center of prime Nice. Short walk to restaurants, shopping and of course the beach. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Staff is helpful and welcoming. Lovely, small pool area or when the beach gets too crowded. You are in the center of the tourist hustle and bustle of the city, so if you are looking for a more quiet experience, it may not be the location for you.

The corridors when walking to our room were smelly, and our room was clean and functional but there was no view. .

Great location, very nice hotel; clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Very nice terrace for evening cocktails. AC was not working well. Staff addressed the issue and made it better half way through our stay.

Toilet is totally isolated by a wall from the sink!

The location is amazing. We had a great time. We had breakfast included and that was a big joy too. We got to swim in the pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful
