Conveniently located, extremely close to airport. The room was spacious with a lovely bed Anna nice linens. No restaurants or shops nearby.

Great hotel in a great location for train and tram. Fab spot for exploring the wider area due to this. Plenty of room in a family suite with a mini kitchen area and table and chairs. Pool was good with complimentary coffee, tea and popcorn in the bar area next to it. Water dispensers on all floors which was great, Couple of minor issues at the end of our stay - had to ask for toilet roll as this wasn’t topped up and then waited an hour for the reception to bring it to the room. No plates and cutlery in the room but you can easily ask for this in reception.

Great room – really clean, spacious and well equipped, with everything we could possibly need as a family. The pool was a real bonus and exactly what we needed for a couple of relaxing days after a very hot and busy week in Nice. The bathroom had lovely toiletries and little touches like the Nespresso machine made the room feel that bit more comfortable. Most importantly, the staff were consistently kind, friendly and helpful throughout our stay and made us feel very welcome. The pool area could definitely benefit from more sun loungers. We also had an unfortunate confrontation with another guest who had tried to reserve loungers early in the morning by leaving towels on them. After they had remained unused for over an hour, we used the loungers, in line with the clearly displayed sign stating that reserving them in this way wasn’t permitted. Unfortunately, the guest became quite confrontational and threatening when they returned, which was an unpleasant experience. Food options at the hotel were also very limited, with only pizza available, although we did appreciate being allowed to order food in. Cleanliness in the restaurant area could be improved too, particularly the tables, which were often sticky. Breakfast was quite chaotic and could definitely benefit from better organisation. There are some relatively simple improvements that would make the experience much better, particularly around the pool, food offering, restaurant cleanliness and organisation at breakfast. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay, although quite expensive for what it is; it worked really well for our late flight from Nice, and we really appreciated the accommodated late check-out and being able to continue using the pool and towels afterwards.

Clean, comfy, airco works well and having a kitchenette is great to do a bit of proper food cooking if you want. The hotel told us it is "normal" that housekeeping sometimes does not do your room until around 6pm. I would generally expect that my room is cleaned by 3pm - 6pm is too late if you want to have a shower or get changed before dinner.
