Villa Otero by Happyculture

As soon you enter you are greeted by amazing staff. Nicholas was so nice to us. Very charming. They had water and coffee at our disposal. Welcoming and cute room. Ac to be a bit stronger.

I stayed here spontaneously because I couldn’t check in to my apartment and had to find another accommodation. I’m happy I chose this hotel because I felt really comfortable there, it provided free drinking water, coffee, beach towels, umbrellas. My room had a second door to block the noise from the hallway out. Breakfast was fine with boiled and scrambled eggs, some ham and cheese, bread and pastry. Location is quiet and central and the beach is 15 minutes away by foot. On one of the days my room wasn’t cleaned and I found someone else’s hair on my towels. The bathtub definitely needs refreshment, it’s a bit warn out. I lacked brighter lights in the bathroom, it was hard to do makeup. Plus one of the bulbs wasn’t working anymore. Breakfast could have more veggies and fruits. Snacks were only available on the first night, I think I was just lucky. I arrived very late and could at least have some fruits. On other nights though there was nothing besides coffee and water. There should be something available for late arrivals.

Nice neighborhood. Loved the decor. Beautiful lobby with elevator. Had a very pretty room with a balcony. Bed was quite comfortable. Lovely bathroom. Excellent friendly staff! Had a very pleasant stay. Nothing really.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Otero Happyculture. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always accommodating to guest requests. Their attention to detail really made a difference. One of the things we appreciated most was the complimentary 24/7 coffee and cold water. These may seem like small touches, but they had a big impact and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection to start the day. Combined with the excellent service and comfortable atmosphere, Villa Otero made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and we would happily stay here again!p None.

Very friendly and professional staff. Clean and comfortable rooms, very pleasant atmosphere. The complimentary coffee, tea, and soft drinks available all day were a wonderful bonus.

The housekeeper some days forgot to put tissue or toilet paper and teabag in the room

Cold shower almost every night. Their water system is not sufficient for a hotel. Also the tub has mold in the surround. My daughter slept in the fold out couch which was a very thin mattress. The bar hurt her back so she slept in the king size bed with us. Luckily there was room for all 3 of us.

Great hotel, we liked everything!

Excellent staff, classic style high sealing rooms, quiet, excellent ventilation, in elevator for your convenience provided information about breakfast best time to attend. Our son with high spectrum autism disorder enjoyed the wifi speed and cleanliness of the bathroom & bedding. Youngest was delighted to spend his time on a balcony watching the sunset. As a single parent l had my rest in a lobby of the hotel with cheerful, kind & sincere small chats with guests of the hotel and Regina, Lilou the staff. Nicolas was so attentive & professional via e-mail answering all my questions before arrival. Grand merci and till next time ?

The staff at reception were very welcoming and attentive to all our requirements. The room was very nice and well fitted for its size. The breakfast was excellent. Nothing.
