Sleep Inn Lake Wright - Norfolk Airport

Very nice experience. Clean room, staff was great, plenty of parking and very centrally located.

Loved it but the pool area and pool needed a good scrub!

The beds were full sized instead of queen which made it hard for 2 people to sleep comfortably. Also, there was not much room to walk around in the room. There was no space for a blow up mattress. The bathroom was very small.

The room was clean. The parking was okay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Breakfast was good but could have been great.

Shower door didn't close in my room, water leaked on floor, looked like mold in the bathroom around the vent above the toilet. Small ironing board. I told the desk clerk that i usually book for 2 double beds and they couldn't accommodate me to change.

I was told 4 times what time I would be able to get into my room but to no avail. But after hours waiting I was able to get in well after the general check in time forcing me to sleep outside the hotel

Everything was well maintained

The elevator sounded like it was going to break at any moment. The sheets and towels were stained. Loud and rambunctious guests. The coffee was sludge. We won't be staying again.

I have stayed at several older hotels, but I have never stayed in one so poorly maintained. The room smelled like mildew, carpet stained, dirty walls, bathroom door not allowed to dry post painting and it stuck/ ripped the paint off. Mini fridge broken. No drain stop in bathroom sink. Shower door leaks to the point of a puddle forming on the bathroom floor. This hotel is very poorly maintained. Not worth your money.

Clean room. Housekeeping does an amazing job

Third night we had some very noisy neighbors until well after midnight.

This place is dirty and in rough shape. There was a ROACH running on the counter where they were serving breakfast. Convenient location but you couldn’t pay me to stay here again.

Parking can be an issue because of the tractor trailers that take up ten spots but other than that it’s a great place to stay and well worth the money

The breakfast was great

Friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast included and conveniently located on close proximity to the airport. The shuttle was able to take me both ways on short notice. Highly recommend the “Mission BBQ” restaurant next door. Only issue I had was spotty WiFi throughout the stay.

Rooms very small outlets didn’t work
