Tru By Hilton Norfolk Airport

Nice room & relatively clean. Unfortunately, I could hear people talking in room next to mine as I prepared for bed. I also feel a bit for the staff as they have limited control on who can be guests. A few guests were seen smoking marijuana outside in which the aroma permeated the first floor. Good property overall.

The room was very clean. Shout out to housekeeping…we really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend

The location is super peaceful with many food options with a short walk from the parking lot. We were able to go to the beach and downtown Norfolk which were 10 to 15min from either direction. I will stay here again

The breakfast was poor. Options were ok but were not filled when empty. For example multiple people were told when they wanted a bread type item that it is only filled once a day and if they wanted more they would grt a single piece from the back. Both mornings the bread was empty by 830 and breakfast was until 10 Rooms were small with little to no storage options at all

Your staff the the best. Kind thoughtful and polite. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The blackout blind made for a great night sleep. Coffee cups too small. ?

Low water pressure, shower was lukewarm warm.

There was an amazing amount of beverages and snack items available near the front desk. Anything from cold sodas and water to wine and beer could be purchased. The breakfast was fine. There were pancakes, toast, bagels, and premade omelets and bacon. Not a lot of choices but enough to start your day. I’d stay here again because of close proximity to Norfolk airport.

The normal locking mechanism on my room's door was very hard to engage, so the room may not have been secure when I was out.
