everything was easy peasy

was completely loose and falling off. Not to mention the door will not close fully much less latch or lock. Both comforters have multiple burn holes in them both. Ii attempted to get towels on 3 different occasions as 2 people were staying in the room for 3 nights. We were provided with towels for 1 person. We were told each time that towels would be brought but never came. No you cant get them in the main office. No room attendance either. Between check in and checkout i made 4 trips to the main office. I was only able to access the inside on 1 occasion. The rest of the time you either have no one there with paper notes taped to call a number or you have a check in window like at a drive through and stand outside. I never write comments but this is the worst place I have ever stayed at. For a couple of guys going fishing we dont expect much but there are plenty other places for the same money I would stay at.

Towels and washcloths was dirty, tv remote was missing buttons, shower rod was broken and stains in the tub

The pictures versus what you get are a complete bait and switch. There was no soap or anything in the bathroom, no trash can. The entire room smelled of mold to the point where I had to keep my clothes in my car. It stunk up everything.

I couldn't even stay 30 minutes here. Booked a non-smoking room, but it had burn holes all over the comforter, a strong cigarette smell, and the fire detector had been removed. Customer service was unresponsive, rude, and unhelpful.

The room was dirty and had bugs and the staff wouldn’t let me change rooms

There were no towels and washcloths and the water pressure was low but otherwise it was fine

I did not stay @ this establishment ,..felt unsafe the door to the room looked tampered with the was was not sanitary.I left right back out, lost money here 😡

Dirty sheets with cig burns and blood. No towels. Horrible horrible horrible

Dirty room smelly bugs are in the sink loud noise from AC no towels

Got there and was informed room no longer available. Had to go to another hotel but it was nuch nicer anyway.

Room just needed a trash and another set of towels

Toilet dispenser rusty and unusable Cigarette burns on sheets and blanket Fridge not cold Sink came out to the left Air freshener on fire outlet on ceiling was nasty

Nothing Extremely Dirty and Bug Infested and to top it off the furniture was absolutely disgusting I did not sit down for a second. The water was running although the shower was scary I did manage to get hot water.

Their customer service is horrible I booked with them thru the Expedia app drove 5 hrs for them to lie and say that Expedia canceled my booking! Then when I had Expedia representative on the phone telling them that Expedia did not cancel he shrugged his shoulders. He had no sympathy tells me they booked up and it was nothing he could do. Do not book with these people

Cockroaches, drugs, needles, prostitution promoted by the owner of the building. Illegal electrical and no smoke detector Everything . Absolutely nothing was good

That place was very disgusting and nasty Nothing to like about that place very horrible nasty. That place needs to be closed

The front desk staff let me preview the room before confirming my reservation. I canceled my reservation and left. As the original room booked I did not feel safe and the second option there was someone who was already using the room. I did not checkin.

Location was great. Guy at front desk was awesome ! First room wasn’t cleaned so was put into another one. It’s sink faucet was coming off, tub and sink didn’t drain well at all, you took shower baths since the water didn’t drain, bed sounded like a dumpster lid slamming every time we moved, and beds sucked !
