I'm still waiting on my money back. I did not stay there. We left, we stayed one night and we left. It's a horrible hotel, and it's dirty

Too much smoking allowed in addition to the smell of marijuana. Stairs can be better kept. My room had a spill that was evident by the stain splash left in the floor. Due to the environment and guest activities it’s not a place I will choose to stay again. Maybe brightening up the color of the hallway may enhance the feeling of a welcoming environment.

Check in staff is friendly but that's about it. First room they put us in only had the bathroom light working so we got moved to a new room. Property has poor vehicle access in and out on a very busy street that's located in a noisy shady area. Breakfast area always had sticky floors and was filled with burnt toast smoke and the food was grade school lunch quality. Staff frequently took "wacky tabbacy" smoke breaks too.

Room was very clean and staff friendly. They gave a gift bag on arrival which my son appreciated!

There was SAND on the bed, and room and hotel in general was not well maintained.

This property is very dated and in a less than desirable location. Pathways to rooms and vending machine area dark and not well lit. The person checking us in was friendly. I wouldn't stay again.

We left after one night. Wall are to thin, doors not fitting correctly, bathroom door falling of the hinges. Bed frame broken and squeaky all night. The room was clean

Hotel rooms was dated, beds wasn’t comfortable, breakfast is only 7am - 9am and it’s very limited. In addition and the area was sketchy. It was interesting night activity at this hotel. What I can say positive was that the front desk staff was nice and the room was clean. It had an Oder when we arrived but we quickly got the smell out of our room with an air freshener. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Staff were very kind and supportive after we got stranded in Norfolk. Room was comfortable and clean. Property is old but maintained. Nice hotel for the price in this hot spot vacation area.

ALL but 1 had smiles & kindness, even in their challenging circumstances!!! Sadly they seem always understaffed & have VERY Limited resources at their disposal. Room was VERY ratty & rundown. TOILET IS WAY TOO LOW!! No Lobby Restroom, so if check-in was busy I'd have been in trouble having to potty after the travelling drive!! Thankfully AC worked well, but big gap in the door made the room Sweat SOO much, esp in the sweltering heat, so everything felt damp, even wet, Especially our bedding! :'( The Furniture was ALL Sticky!! Parking in back is HIDEOUS!! And the pool was cloudy & dirty, closed the entire stay, in 95+ °F

I’m not happy with the property and service that I paid for the hotel. The staff was rude and not helpful. Pool was not clean. Not enough food for the breakfast as per their advertising. Not recommended for family stay.

The property was clean but when I asked to check little early they said you can't even 30 minutes early . The ads said pool outdoor but didn't work. The area for breakfast is too small.
