I hate to say this but this was the worst hotel I ever been to. The lady up front was by herself, she try with only what she could do. This is not the front desk staff fault. The room ac unit was missing a cover which created noise will it was on. The room itself was terrible, bathroom tub had burn marks on it from previous people putting cigarettes on it. The rug in the room was filthy. The room smell bad like it hasn’t been cleaned. Meanwhile the say this is a smoke free room. The pictures on the website are nothing like the room at all. This is complete false advertising. We had to leave the property earl because our kids couldn’t sleep due to the noise outside from propyl smoking weed, drinking and hanging out outside. We left out of there by 4:30 am., and drove to rest stop to get some sleep. -000000000000000000000000

The living conditions were poor, the room was dirty with questionable stains, there was construction going on most of the day just outside the room. We were staying by rooms that were considered uninhabitable due to the construction. This made it difficult to sleep in as we were heard the construction just outside our room. The bed was just a sheet with a fleece blanket, there was hardly any towels for even one night when we were staying for two. In addition we needed a new key and the staff couldn’t even bother putting out their cigarette when walking us up to our room to help solve the issue.

Only one bath towel but the worse are the mattress so uncomfortable,

We were in one room first as soon as you opened the door the room smelled like Marijuana they switched us to a different room but the wall in the stairwell to the second floor was falling away from the stairs l. And most people there seemed to be locals that were living there and the shower in the second room fixtures were loose and wobbly.

For the price I dont expect a double tree. But wow! Multiple rooms on the way to my room had notices from the city government that said the rooms were not suitable lodging. I step into my room and am hit immediately with the stench of 1000 ash trays. Flys buzzing around the room and some red crunchy looking stuff in the sink. I did NOT stay! I left after a quick phone call to a clean hotel. Will be expecting a FULL refund

Everything

There was food inside of the frig, the stairs were not fully attached to the wall which had the banister, the toilet seat looks like someone used a Brillo pad on it, the room smelled like raid bug spray but the lady at the front desk was very nice. She did offer another room but I couldn’t let my granddaughter stay there.

Very good

Just don't do it. It's an absolute horrible, disgusting place.
-
I met with the front desk lady late at checkin and she was very nice, but the cleaning staff, shut the door behind her after hearing me ask her a question and looking at me. The non smoking rooms I got smelled of cigarettes and my son's almost had an attack.

This property was not listed as a short stay facility. The guests were hanging out outside and it looked very unsafe. This facility should not be listed for family stay. It appeared tl have unsafe with unlawful activities being managed right outside the facility. This appeared to be a short stay faculty open to unsafe behaviors and activities. Not are for families at all

Didn’t even stay at the hotel I checked in and checked out because the place is horrible

It was a place to lay our heads. But outside of that the rooms were not very clean. Holes in the wall, stains on the roof. Didn’t even attempt to sleep under the blankets. Did not feel very safe. The only plus to this hotel is that the front staff were very nice. I would not stay there again.
