Our one night stay was good. The night desk person was nice enough, although she could of smiled more. When we got to our room, it was a bit stuffy in there. The temp was set on 65°, but it did not feel like that. The AC unit may need to be checked out maintenance because it's not putting out enough air. Room was clean, hot shower, nice sitting area. In our room, 2 suggestions: #1 for the shower--- new shower curtain, because the current one slides in on both sides not fully closed on either side. #2 --- you should have a toilet paper dispenser attached to the wall or the counter, not placed on the counter. It was quiet during the evening into sleeping hours. The breakfast area was nice. The breakfast items were limited, but included hot stuff like bacon, fried eggs, grits and waffle area w/two flavors- original or maple cinnamon batter. There's a mini fridge with butter, cream cheese, etc.. Several juice options, bread&bagels and pastries. Decent if you want to eat there and then get on the road. Morning staff was friendly on departure.

The comfort was missing in Comfort Inn. Hot Friday night in July Stopping point on our trip to be able to rest and get up early and continue our trip. Air Conditioning only worked if you were walking around the room. Front desk was notified but nothing was done about it. Checked out early morning since sleep was very little. Front desk just smiled and shook their head as I was hoping for a better outcome.

Excellent management. The staff appears to like what they do because it is definitely a place of comfort. I enjoyed everything. However, I slept in and didn’t eat breakfast. The only thing I didn’t like I wanted to stay longer but the hotel was sold out. Which was a good problem for the hotel. I loved everything.

The hotel was just ok. It was clean but the rooms were outdated. We were there for only one night so that didn’t bother me. But it was very noisy. There were loud trucks and motorcycles all night long. I know that’s not the hotels fault but also the air conditioner was crazy loud. It was too hot to turn it off so we had to listen to it all night.

I had to check out a day before we had issues with our bathroom tube. Maintenance was called to unclog the tube but the issue continued. We asked to be moved to a different room and they advised they where fully booked. We asked to speak to a manager but no one was available. We left and they still charged us the next day stay. HORRIBLE costumer service and dirty old hotel. Never staying in one like this again. Don’t recommend anyone especially with kids.

nothing. if i could give this hotel 0 stars, i would. before anyone thinks i’m exaggerating, i would never post a review this serious without evidence. i took pictures during my stay of the room, stains, bugs, and the condition of this hotel. my family and i booked 3 nights but left after the 2nd night because the conditions were unacceptable. the moment we walked in, we were hit with a strong smell of mildew and what smelled like black mold. the hotel had a damp, musty smell that made it feel like nothing had been properly cleaned in years. our room had brown stains on the sheets, roaches, and spiders. if you enjoy sleeping with questionable stains on your bed and killing bugs all night instead of resting, this is the hotel for you. the bathroom was just as bad. there were still another guest’s slippers underneath the vanity, and nearby was a white plastic dish containing what appeared to be rat poison or pest bait. after the first night, i contacted miss d, the boss, who apologized and promised the room would be cleaned while we were gone. when we returned, nothing was done. the room was untouched and we didn’t even receive fresh sheets. around 11 p.m., we asked for another room. we were given keys to room 409. when my sister and i opened the door, we found a man already inside sitting on the couch in his boxers watching tv. we immediately left and reported it. this was an unacceptable and unsafe mistake. the next morning, we spoke with david, the operations manager. instead of helping, he raised his voice at us. the way he was yelling, you would think he owned the entire comfort inn franchise. for someone in management, he spent more time acting important than solving the problem. the pool looked like still water and appeared like it hadn’t been maintained in years. honestly, it looked like it hadn’t been touched since obama was in the white house. we were later told that david, the operations manager, and tiffany inspected the room and found “nothing wrong.

Convenience to areas we were visiting Not enough parking and the smoking guests loitering in the parking lot all day and night for the room need to upgrade the bathroom and larger pillows for a king size bed

Breakfast was not very good. Eggs were cold. No bacon? The variety of food was not apparent and or paper plates and plastic utilities was not good. the atmosphere was not good. No flowers, nothing that suggest it is even a restaurant. I know that it is not a restaurant but make it as special as you can. Be hospitable.

It was within 20 mins from virginia beach and the room had 2 beds and a sitting area with a pull out couch The pull out couch had no linens on it in all 3 rooms.there was also no extra blanket or comforter in the closet. There was only 2 towels and 2 washcloths in all 3 of the rooms I booked and I had 4 people in each room we went to the front desk requested 2 more towels and washcloths and they never brought any. 1 bed in the room was missing a comforter we went & asked for another they never brought it. In all 3 rooms every shower curtain was ripped and fallen down In 2 rooms the curtains to the windows were ripped and hanging down 1 of the toilets stopped working I would not stay here again the pool is small. The breakfast is bare minimum and the toast had mold and the milk for cereal and coffee smelled spoiled Do not stay here the staff were all nice but when u ask for things they dont ever bring them.

The property was really nice. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was really good as well. I did have an issue that came about that I was never let know what the results were or if it was even looked into. Other than that everything was great.
