Very nice room, staff did not allow early check-in, which was a shame, the breakfast was a lot smaller and limited than I anticipated, overall great experience though.

The fire alarm went off twice while at 2 and 4am. The fire department came the first time and said nothing was wrong. The second time no fire dept because apparently the alarm was just broken… 😠 very inconvenient to get sleep, when the point of paying for a bed was to do so. Drove from FL and was so tired. No happy. No refund, b booked through Expedia and they couldn’t connect with the property to confirm the issue. Beyond satisfied.

Routine maintenance of the property security measures was obviously not conducted. The fire alarm sounded at 1:49am for no reason. Once that was rectified and we got back to sleep, it went off again at 4:00am. Mgmt stated there was no fire and that it was a “glitch” in the system. Saw a cockroach on the counter where breakfast was to be served!

The only thing that was good, was actually the breakfast in the morning. And the lady who was cleaning up and providing the breakfast was really nice!

Nice place to stay

The location was good as we wanted to be close to I-30 and I-40, since this was an overnight stop for a 16 hour road trip. The king bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, our stay was not very good from the start. The front desk person was very unfriendly and barely looked at or spoke to me when I checked in, while he had an air pod in his ear the whole time. When we got to the room, we discovered that had put us right next to the elevator, which ended up being terrible, as my kids were woken every time the elevator opened during the night. The room itself was dated and missing several expected amenities. The carpet felt STICKY. The tv in the bedroom was messed up and no remote for that tv. It took 15 minutes to figure out how to get the tv back to cable and we had to share the remote for the living area tv to change volume and channels for both tvs. The plugs on the lamps for cellphones were broken and had no power and the actual wall plugs were hidden behind the furniture so couldn't access the plus to charge my phone. There were no wash clothes and only two towels for a room designed to hold four people. Also, only one plastic cup provided to drink from. There was no bedding in the room for the couch bed, so I had to go down to the front desk to request it and they gave me king size bedding for a queen size bed and no pillows, so I had to give the kids some of the pillows off our bed, which were tiny pillows to begin with. The couch bed mattress was awful. Nothing but springs and my kids can normally sleep just about anywhere, but they said between the elevator and awful mattress they barely got any sleep that night. Overall, would not recommend!

Nice water pressure, comfy beds. Easy free parking

This hotel was your typical budget hotel. The outside pool was good for our family after a long drive. They have a free breakfast in the morning.

Ok stay for one night. Corners of room were dirty, as was under and around furniture. Everything worked fine. Breakfast was standard instant eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, muffins. One of two rooms booked, did not have a refrigerator as advertised.

Thank goodness it was for only one night. Carpet was dirty and the bathroom smelled of mold

Area is unsafe. Smelled pot in the middle of night and early morning. Breakfast was minimal. Beds were terrible. Facilities were unkept and needing repair. Price was $80/night. Positive- police station is next door
