If we had purchased the protection plan we would have canceled. Lesson learned. I will purchase in the future.

I've stayed a lot of hotels and while there are times I have bad experiences once or twice it's not very often that the little things add up to make a bad experience. I travel with kids and a disabled person so it's very important to me that the amenities are provided effectively. To start with the handicap room had black mold in the shower and there was enough rust in the drain that when we turned on the water the water turned yellow. No drain plug which was kind of annoying for kids wanting baths. Cleaning staff must not be doing their job because we found thyroid medicine in the room if you're traveling with kids mistakes like this cost lives then during the entire 4 day stay no one ever knocked on our door to even ask we need anything such as towels. The pool hours seem to change based on whoever's the attendant at desk was one attendant told us 8:00 a.m. Another attendant told us 9:30 another attendance told us the pool doesn't open until lunch time. Talk about disappointing kids when they get ready just to be told the hotel pool has different hours now. The parking lot full of homeless, we hadn't even checked in yet and we already had a homeless man begging us for money. Someone ended up hitting my car with their car in the parking lot, the hotel's policy use our parking lot at your own risk. The final nail in the coffin for me at this hotel, how trashy it looks I know cosmetically you get what you pay for however the entire hotel looks like a slum lord everything is just painted over and peeling, theres mold lets paint over it, rust paint over it, if your looking for a cheap hotel look no further, if you traveling with kids or the disabled i would say stay away, its a joke to give a deposit when the room looks like you might develop a health risk by taking a bath. Thanks god there was no bugs and a okay breakfast only saving graces.

The breakfast was better then some places ive stayed, eggs sasuage links and waffle makers. 4 days however and there was no variation. So if you are planning a longer stay get used to eating the same things. The property images online are a bit misleading. Breakfast advertised as buffet was greatly lacking. The bathroom needs some work.
-
Very dirty. Dirty lounge, dirty rooms, dirty elevators. Whole building feels like it's falling apart.
-
The room was good and clean and cool The hallway was hot
-
There were dead roaches in the hall way. Bathtub was missing paint. Floors were dirty. I’m f I was able to get a refund I would have and left!
-
Great breakfast and friendly helpful staff. Nice size rooms with comfy beds, nice furnishings. Great room for the money. I needed a budget room for a night traveling and this was perfect. A little differed maintenance, signs of aging.
-
This was so bad - wrong bed size in the room,no rollaway bed even though it was advertised, pool not open, and then the room was dirty- had to request a refund and book somewhere else last minute. Then I check my credit card and they double charged me for the room so the refund meant Nothing- plus the deposit hold is still there.
