Quality Inn & Suites North Little Rock

Good price but a bit run down.

We do travel a lot and this is one of the most poorly managed/unsafe hotels we have stayed in. We were threatened in the lobby and felt so unsafe that we asked that our stay be refunded. The nice manager assured us that it was all okay. We told him we would require that the outer doors be locked and only accessed by a room key. Unfortunately, they were not locked (neither the outer door and the inner door). The hotel is so run down that the light over the vanity did not turn on, the hair dryer was broken and wouldn't turn on, when we attempted to use the soap bottles attached to the wall of the shower, they were empty and fell off the wall. The coffee machine was broken in the lobby. What a mess. There are a lot of available properties in Little Rock. I would recommend you consider someplace else.

The hall smelled of weed, the room was lacking in cleanliness. One wall was covered in dirt. One lamp shade was missing. The alarm clock didn't work, the back of the remote was missing. The wall s had holes all throughout. The free breakfast was depressing and needing care.

Me and my boyfriend had a big aredeal with this hotel never will I ever stay here they gone accuse my boyfriend of smoking in the hotel I ask him to pull up the camera pull it up and then he gone gone say am give you ten min to get ya stuff he lick my stuff in the room and threat to call the police on us we don’t do nothing to them and I thank it’s all because we where black and either he just had a bad morning but I wouldn’t recommend any black to stay here all he want was for me to pay the 200 hundred and I told him no call the police cause when they come they home side with me

Rude hotel workers. No housekeeping cleaned my room the whole time I visited.

It was a terrible smell throughout the whole building and in the room. Almost like urine. The side door was just open for anyone to walk in

rude and refused to refund my money

The floor was disgusting and turned my white socks black, there were roaches and stains on the bedding.

Had bed bugs and I still haven’t received my refund
