Things got took out of the back of my truck. Staff seemed not to care.

It’s a great place to stay at.

This property is very sketchy in regards to security deposits. Be prepared that they will charge you for the deposit and not hold it. They will also drag their feet during the refund process. Additionally the front desk staff are very rude and have a hard time not speaking over you. I would not stay here again.

The room was filthy, there were cigarette burns everywhere, empty mountain dew bottles left in the room, the TV didn't work and all the girl at the front desk said was " well I'm the only one here I can't do anything"

Staff was nice and friendly, rooms can use some updates and no AC in hallways. Breakfast was a hard pass. For a night it will do.

The location was on the right side of town for me to get out quickly. The girl work the front desk was awful and rude, didn’t greet us when we walked in and maybe said 3 words to us. She gave us the room keys with the wrong numbers written on it, and then seemed bothered when we came back asking why we couldn’t get in our room. Sheets were stained. Shower wouldn’t drain, so we were unable to shower after our 7 hour drive. We paid extra for a king sized room and instead got two full sized beds. When I asked if there was any sort of credit or anything we may be able to get for the difference the girl looked at me as if I was stupid for even asking. The breakfast consisted of a waffle maker, juice machine that I wouldn’t trust, a couple yogurts and 2 muffins and slices of bread. We got to the breakfast 30 min after it started.

Given these conditions, I could not reasonably use the room as provided. I request a full refund for the night and a written explanation of how this situation occurred, and what steps will be taken to prevent this from happening to future guests. I look forward to your prompt response Also i was unable to be checked out because there was no one in the front desk for over a hour

They have black mold

Pictures are false advertisement! The place needs to fix things not just put more paint on it. Dead bugs in the rooms and bathroom wasn't clean. Never again!

The room wasn’t really clean. Had an odor. The sink,tub,and toilet was stopped up. I wouldn’t rent there again.

I was charged a $50 security deposit and I haven’t been refunded although I was told I would in 3 days. I stayed there in May and wasn’t charged this. Advertise the $50 up charge
