The staff working on the facilities The front desk manager was extremely unprofessional. His attitude was disrespectful, his communication was rude, and the level of service was unacceptable. Because of this experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Not much. Overcrowded hotel and breakfast. Loud. Dirty. Broken toilet. 6 hours wait to check in. Not nice reception people. Rude personnel working at the spa and gym.

All staff is amazing except the staff reception they have to be more flexible and friendly but every thing another is good

Everything! The staff was amazing and the food was great! The elevators were really slow

Beautiful tropical paradise. Staff were so friendly and helpful Only complaint was our room was originally very close to the party area and music was loud late at night but we asked to move rooms and they happily accommodated our request so the issue was resolved :)

The beach is the only good thing there

Nice beach and pools, we didn’t have to fight to find a sunbed. Not too much to do for teenagers other than beachvolley. At night nothing for them.

The food was amazing Facilities Too many people selling things on the beach. You cannot take a peaceful walk Seaview bedrooms do not have double beds.

Location The waiters are amazing go out of their way.. however. Reception staff needs severe training. Waited over an hour for someone to collect my bags during check out. Called multiple times and i am told we have no bell boys.. Food is good. Rooms are FAR!

I loved it so much There was No room service

Beautiful resort, with all the facilities you’d need to completely relax. Beautiful beaches with stunning sunset views. Food was good, but could have used more variety. The room itself was nice and spacious, kept clean throughout our stay and had amazing view of the sea. Finding out that we have to book 2 days in advance for the thematic restaurants was a bit unexpected.

Several swimming pools Rooms did not have smart TVs

Its clean the people are very polite and respectful the food is good and also good drinks Close to a lot of things I enjoyed my stay so much

-The staff are amazing , wonderful smiles and hospitality -Beach is amazing best in Zanzibar -Many varieties for stay between beach and pools -Rooms are comfortable -Huge hotel 3 elevators are not enough specially if one is broken -in full capacity it is crowded -not so much variety in food between lunch and dinner and fixed breakfast - Furniture bugs were in the wood of pictures at the room - bed is moving

Everything. The entertainment team is not great specially with children. This is the second time coming and every time my son complains of the same. They are not child friendly.

The only thing i didn't like was the hawkers on the beach

The smoking was a bit much. There were designated smoking areas but smokers where smoking everywhere including where kids were. During the Riu party, we had to leave because there was too much second hand smoke. It would be good if they enforced the smoking policy a bit better
