Apartment House Seerose self check-in

Signs warning you to leave the room clean (I'm sure they meant just don't trash the room, but my sister interpreted that we needed to somehow clean the room before we left. It was much pricier than a hostel where you would expect you have to do that). It was hot so we opened balcony doors for fresh air but most often people were smoking out on their balconies which was worse

Location and place COmmunication with the staff. Wrong room allocation letter. That caused confusion and staff did not pick up the calls to answer. That was so annoying. Wasted 1.5 hours sorting the issue.

The outdoor living space was gorgeous! There was a beautiful terrace with a fantastic view and also a lovely back area under grape vines. It was stunning. We were greeting by an extremely friendly man who showed us around and was very welcoming. The shower didn’t drain and the cupboards were disorganized so it’s difficult to use things.

Close enough to hallstatt Not well kept, outdated, bad value, bare minimum to be considered a livable space, 4 walls and a bed, paid parking everyday

Sofa bed was not great. Need toiletries in bathroom

Beautiful surroundings, close to transportation giving easy access to hallstatt village and train towards vienna

-The location was convenient and close to the train station. -There was enough hot water for our family of six to shower comfortably. -The hosts were very kind to look after our baggage after check-out. -There was some dust accumulation on the bed frames and in the corners of the room. -We rented two rooms, and one of the toilets had a water leak. It has been addressed but not dealt with. -The check-in instructions could have been clearer.

The room had been modernized to an extent The bedding was clean and beds comfortable. The entrance and foyer were grubby. The room was undersize with insufficient space to move..

The location is just perfect, 8 minutes walking from Obertraun train station, just next to a beautiful lake side park. Only one bus away from Hallstatt. Also good and fast response staff No lift, but since is a chalet, that’s reasonable

It’s located in a quiet village near the lake, just less than 10 minutes from Hallstatt. Compared to hotels in Hallstatt, their price is cheaper for the same type of facilities. Nothing

Nothing Not clean, old furniture making noise while sitting and sleeping, bad facilities, no tissues or supplies, required taxes for children while we don’t have to pay based on booking message, ask guest to remove bedding (this the first time to hear ? Bad place I lived in ever

Both the lights for the veranda is not working. Hope they fix it. Some of the lid pots are missing too, hope they add, cos we have to compromise using the frying pan ?

Location being close to train station, park, bus stop and 30min walk from Hallstatt. There was strange smell as soon as we enter, WiFi didnt worked and upon asking the person no one cared to respond. Bedding is fine but bathroom was way too old and not ideal for a tall person if yoj and end up in attic room(s). You can clearly hear your neighbors. I do appreciate that i was given a room with a nice view over looking train station.

The staff were helpful. The location was a bit far from the train station.. Need to get a taxi.

Exceptional view, closeness to a restaurant, mini market and, bus and train station. The bed was a bit uncomfortable but, nothing too serious.
