4 swimming pools nearby, 2 for kids and 2 for adults. The food was not so great, it laked variety, the cooks could not handle the customer demand, and overall the food laked taste . Salads and the salad bar in general was ok.

The breakfast was very good, the location too! I would like better bed for the kids!

Food options could be broader and maybe a bit better quality instead having few things but repeated in a number of spots throughout the food stalls

Pastry bar was very good in matter of desert and drinks, animation very good, evening shows very good Repetitive food, either bland or over seasoned. Diluated alcohol, decent soft drinks. Large part of staff doesn't speak basic english. the fact that the bathroom did not have bathtub or shower cabin, after a simple shower, water was all over the bathroom. No nets for insects on windows even though they have a bio pond which means a lot of mosquitos. Territory is not well maintained, high grass and vegetation, home for a lot of insects, spiders, mosquitos Quality/price balance was good even with all the negative aspects above

It would be helpful if the staff were more welcoming, perhaps greeting guests with a smile and being more attentive to their needs. A warm and friendly environment makes a big difference. The rooms, especially the bathrooms, need more thorough cleaning. Ensuring that surfaces, floors, and all amenities are spotless is essential for guest comfort and satisfaction.

The beach is very nice. The water was clean and warm ! Beach bar is ok. In the hotel furniture is old and full of dust. Air condition is dangerous , is full of dirty . The food is horrible, no taste and diversity, also all drinks.

Exceptional Stay at Sunrise Complex! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sunrise Complex, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. One highlight of our trip was meeting Kristyan, who provided the best volleyball experience we've ever had. He's not just a skilled player but also a genuinely nice lad. Toma, his colleague from the beach staff, was equally fantastic and made our beach days so enjoyable. Katya, who works at the cake stand, was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. Her warm personality made every visit to the stand a delight. Oros, the best barman ever, mixed drinks with flair and always had a smile on his face. His friendly demeanor made every evening at the bar a memorable one. Special shoutout to Dasha, Liliya, and Aloona, the wonderful cooks at Sunrise Complex. Not only did they prepare delicious meals, but their kindness and pleasant nature made us feel right at home. Their culinary skills and warm personalities are a big reason why we are already planning our return visit. In short, the staff at Sunrise Complex, especially Kristyan, Toma, Katya, Oros, Dasha, Liliya, and Aloona, made our stay incredibly special. We look forward to coming back just to see these wonderful people again. Highly recommended!

The restaurant personell really attentive and in high number, fridge cakes in Pastry bar were good, the delta view was nice. Popcorn in the evening. Pools clean. The grill was a nice alternative to the buffet. Besides breakfast, the lunch and dinner were ok. The room was bellow standards when it comes to cleaning and not only. Bathroom door did not closed due to damaged frame from water. Towel support brocken, balcony chairs brocken, bird nests in balcony, linen ripped, water heater had water in it from previous guests, the floor was sticky. There is no TV. Only pc monitor, no mosquito nets...and i could go on. For a 4 stars it definetly needs maintaince. Distance to beach is something you think won t bother you but on 35 degrees, the.300 m in the sun are not pleasant. There is a private beach but not enough sun beds so you really need to come early. The food is fryied in palm oil. It is all inclusive but at the beach bar you only have tap water, beer and juices which are awfully sweet. For breakfast the cold cuts and cheeses are the lowest quality. Tiles at the swimming pool are falling apart. The money we paid did not brought the expected quality.

The location and that they offer for free sunbeds on the beach Definitely not a 4* The room very dirty, all the drink dispenser old used and uncleaned and most of the time not working, if you wanted ice-cream you had to wait for the staff to take new boxes from underneath but only if they wanted. Food was OK but not too varied only pork and on Bulgarian day we had also lamb. And the pools where indeed cold, I've seen other reviews regarding this and I was thinking that people have problems but they were right
