Sunrise Blue Magic Resort - All Inclusive

Nice pools. Good for a short stay with family. There is room for improving food quality. I would appreciate if the staff speaks Bulgarian or at least English. The fitness was not good - broken and dirty equipment.

The elevators are hell to go in due to there being many people and the food wasn't the best , they do have fresh food but sometimes it lacks in freshness, although the desserts were amazing

The room were a bit old and smelled bad, there was no real option to sleep with open balcony window/door as there was no mosquito net so it was very humid and hot in the room at night. The food was not very tasty, but there was some okay options. Unfortunately the waterslides broke on our 2nd day of our 3 night stay and they couldn’t fix it for the next day and a half which was really disappointing as they were the main reason we chose the hotel. The sunbeds were not enough for the guests at the hotel and it was very unpleasant to have to look around for a while to find where to sit, given that many guests were reserving them early in the morning and not even showing up at all at the pool throughout the day.

- Our request to be accommodated no higher than the 3rd floor has been fulfilled; - Nice view and natural area similar to a mini delta with numerous bird species (larks and white wagtails in particular - absolutely splendid), close to the beach; - Large pool for adults (140 cm depth) and + swimming pool and slides for children; - Shop at the reception of the hotel where you can buy essential forgotten items (sunscreen, toothbrush etc.); - Pool bar (non alcoholic beverages and ice-cream were of a good quality compared to other 4* all inclusive resorts from Bulgaria); - Kettle in the room; - Showers on the beach and by the pool. - Smell of the pets or humans urine from the room carpet, intense especially at night, mainly in the head area of the bed; - Food quality, especially desserts. And bad coffee; - Repetitive visits of the plumbers to check why water's leaking from the ceiling in the downstairs bathroom. And that's 10 minutes after you took a shower; - In fact is a 3 stars resort not a 4 stars one; - Access to the beach is far from what is shown in Bookings photos. Sunbeds' condition on the beach is super poor and beach towels the same. The sunbeds in the vicinity of the beach are so tightly bunched together that there is effectively no space in between them. They're like sardines in a can.

Clean, comfortable, next to the beach, food and drinks available almost all day long The pool for kids was not heated. Very crowded

Everything was good. I want to thank to Petar that helped us with all the questions, and helped us whith all we needed. Food was really good, plenty of tables and big terrace where you can eat outside , it wasn t crowded, did not miss anything. The pool was clean and the hotel has a sandy large beach. Rooms where clean and spacious. Every day we received towels and room was cleaned.

The nature in Obzor is amazing, you have the mountain on one side, and the sea on the other. It is unreal how management of a facility can ruin it totally. The owners obtained this ex-communist hotel, put some effort to renovate it, and then they hired terrible staff, started selling lowest possible quality of everything, food, drinks, left it dirty and smelly... I am sure a brand new graduate in management will do 1000 times better job. We paid for 2 nights, left immediately after the first... terrible place.

The pool was good. Food was ok, nothing too bad nor exceptionally good. The beach was good as well, but only if you manage to find a sunbed that's not occupied. Most of the staff don't speak Bulgarian. Everything is allowed for Romanians as the staff don't speak the language hence cannot argue with them. The electrical outlet in the bathroom was open/exposed. The only chair in the room was broken and fell apart when I touched it. Staff at the reception was pretty unfriendly when I told them about the issues. The chair was replaced eventually, but the outlet was not fixed. Food time the restaurant is crowded!!! It's outside of the city, so cannot go out for some entertainment after the dinner. There's a bus that goes to the city, but it was too crowded to go for it. The sunbeds are always occupied or "reserved" even though it says that it's forbidden. Most of the drinks are fake ones not tasting any good.

1. Great food - breakfast, lunch and dinner. A lot of options, we stayed for 3 nights. 2. Very comfortable room - we had a double room with 2 bug beds and free upgrade to sea view. 3. Cleaning each day, minibar available in the room. 4. Clean beach and pool area, with plenty of sunbeads. 1. The WI-FI did not work at all, that was quite a big inconveninent unfortunately. 2. Poor quality for drinks

TWICE! Luckily we had it also locked from the inside, not only closed. - The reception staff very unproffesional and impolite, especially the tall young guy. He would just postpone our requests all the time, asking us to wait for hours and whenever we came back as he advised us to, he would just roll his eyes. - the indoor playground open only 4 hours/day and during the most popular beach hours (10-12 , 16-18)! - the ATM at the reception charged an extra comission, which we were not aware of - very close to the beach there is their "entertainment" center, but the only place the kids can play is in an inflatable slide which costs 12 leva/15 mins for each child. - check-out at 11 a.m. - the juice by the pool side is at best times half juice-half water. Otherwise you get only water.

Food.The food it.s quite good.It.s not very varied but you still have from where to choose The room view It.s been some things we didn't liked(like the seif in our room was loked up on our arrival and we noticed the reception but no one never came to open it,the last 2 days it s been an awful smell of pee in bathroom )but what really disappointed us and made as probably never came back to this hotel was the hotel Kids mini club:The most STUPID thing I ever seen.I.ve been with my daughter and there was some girls from animation team painting hats with children and doing face painting.When my daughter wanted to join them they asked her where is she from and then said to her "Oh no.you can not join us.this is only for CZECH KIDS you only can make sandwiches in a corner with another animation girl".When I asked at reception about this they said they can.t do nothing about this and that girls are not the hotel animation team(but them where in the hotel mini club room where it supposed to be for hotel guests right?)So for this reason a big NO for this hotel!!!

The pools, distance to the beach, the beach bar, the animators. The sunbeds distribution on the beach, many times they were occupied with the towels, but without people...

Good pool,water place for the kids , the manger of the hotel very understandable and professional approach! Easy accessible and free parking! Poor cleanness, staff without attention to details at all. Very bad cleanness, most of the areas needs renovation.
