Eden Roc Motel

The room was supposed to be a balcony and instead it faces a parking garage with constant traffic noise. Had to keep the curtains closed at all times. The towels and pillow cases were stained and disgusting. The shower was dirty. There was hair on the toilet. The lock on the door was broken. Manager refused a refund. Left and lost my money for the night.

Property could use a refresh and better maintenance. Linens could be cleaner. The space was very noisy through the night and you can here everything in the room. Breakfast is very limited. Main highlight is the proximity to the boardwalk.

Nice pool and pool area. Beds were very uncomfortable and asked for queen size bed but they were full at best. Not the worst for money but but not the best either.

Would stay here again.

We stayed in the family apartment which is across the street from the motel. It was great for small families. An easy walk to the beach and the beach isn’t really deep there so with 2 little kids that was great. You park on a side yard at the apartment which is also shaded in the afternoon where kids could play and adults hang out. Overall the size was amazing for the size and location.

We stayed at Eden roc for 2 days. It was ok of course for a motel and the cheapest we could find down there we weren’t expecting anything super nice. The room we booked was the standard double join opt and it was ok it had a musty smell and the fixtures were old. The bedroom area itself was ok but it just felt dirty some sheets still had stains on it and there was no WiFi. The bathroom shower head was disgusting it had mold build up it look like and it’s no water pressure at all. Bathroom towels had stains on them. No hair dryer, there is a microwave and fridge that’s it. The ac unit didn’t get cold enough down the the temp we set it to because it kept clocking off and we kept waking up in the middle of the night in puddles of sweat so no sleep the whole 2 days. The staff was nice and helped answer our questions. Pool was good and not far from beach at all. Also just be aware of putting down an extra $100 for the security deposit even if you already pay on Expedia because we weren’t expecting that.

I chose the cheapest room. It was small BUT just perfect for my husband and I to sleep in. It was very clean. Pool area was great! The only issue was sand in the bathtub. But, we are at the beach so it’s to be expected. The employees were very nice and helpful. I’d stay there again!

The carpet was so dirty. The bathtop was dirty and disgusting. We had to ask for new towels.

For a motel, this location was kept pretty clean. The staff was very helpful; they told us about the Expedia over-booking problem, but they were still able to get me and my partner a room. The motel is walking distance to the beach and provides free parking, which is very convenient. The beds were OK, the showers are also alright. Plenty of storage space for afew days trip.

We love Eden Roc!! What a wonderful hotel! We had such a great time, and the proximity to the beach and boardwalk are amazing! Looking forward to visiting again!!

Nice environment

Stayed in a standard 2 double beds and the room was very small/tight. AC works but it will stop running even when I try lowering the temperature so then I will have to turn the ac off and on for it to run.

Priced right hotel. No frills, convenient location. Good for a quick overnight trip. Room was clean. Great location...easy beach access with a pool. Will stay again.

Great beach location. TINY room with TINY bed and a view of a parking garage 10 feet away. Good price point, though, and clean.

Much older place but everything was clean. Breakfast was fine but coffee could be made earlier than 8 am for the guests that are up early .

Just a very small room for what you pay for. And 1.00 charge for ice..ridiculous if your paying that much money for 2 nights. The picture online was better than it actually is....just my opinion. Breakfast...little boxes off cereal and sandwiches that are in a small fridge. And coffee. Not really what we expected... The pool was great and customer service was to.
