Key cards for someone else stay in the room. Hardly any toilet paper in there. Will not stay again. And the deposit for a room??? Plus pay for parking at a hotel I’m staying at?? Who does that. So no I will not stay at this place again.

I usually always choose this motel because of its location. Plenty of activities to do around the area and good amount of places to eat. You can just leave your car park and walk. I would suggest more pillows in the room or have some on hand at the front desk.

The location was excellent for getting to anything and everything. The beds were to high, no lamps in the room, furniture was really dated and not coordinated at all.

very affordable considering every other place there for the wnkd & i booked last min this was my first time staying at a motel & i expected worse tbh but it was okay. room has some cosmetic issues but that was expected.

It was close to the beach and everything The staff were rude, the room was dirty upon check in. We have used islander for years and never had these issues. It was also a surprise to learn upon checking in we had to pay to park which was also new and not listed on the booking website or anything.

The ONE house keeper Our stay was completely unacceptable due to severe maintenance and cleanliness issues. The bathroom was non-functional; the toilet would not flush, and the shower drain was completely backed up during use. Additionally, the entire room had a strong, distinct smell of mold. To make matters worse, the bedsheets were noticeably dirty before we even checked in.When we requested a refund through the booking platform, we were given a continuous run-around instead of a resolution. The property failed to provide basic sanitary living conditions, and the customer service has been equally terrible. How booking states they are customer friendly and they did not stand up to their end. They offered me a $15 refund- which was a complete insult.
