It’s next to the station. The hotel smells really bad! Tiny outdated rooms. The bathroom is small and the door almost hits the toilet. Dirty old carpets throughout the hotel. Lots of drunk people at the hotel and I even witnessed a fight between two man in the elevator. I was basically trapped and couldn’t get out. No security came even though the fight lasted a while and the elevator was beeping.

Large rooms. Great food options. Proximity to train station is a HUGE plus. Friendly, helpful staff. Free breakfast! Navigating lobby/rooms is confusing and time consuming.

The location is superb for what we needed it for. Okayama was our base for 3 nights but we did 2 day trips during our stay. Being so close to the train station (undercover bridge from station direct to the hotel) was such a godsend for saving us precious time during our day but also after a long travel day. It also meant we were close to amenities like convenient food etc. The access to the Sky Lounge was excellent and we utilised it every evening. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was a little smaller than expected.

Good location just next to the railway station. Dinner at hotel restaurant was nice. Rooms design and facilities were quite old. Not even one bottle of water in the room..

We came to visit looking to see my wife’s aunt and the hotel staff helped try to locate her. Unfortunately, we did not see her, but the staff was excellent in their efforts. There wasn’t anything negative I could say about this place

It is right by the Okayama station so very convenient. Breakfast was excellent. Staffs are always so friendly and welcoming Wish there was an area to take a shower without using the tub but it is a minor issue

I usually stay at a hotel with more affordable price. But, this hotel has more space and more comfortable. The view from the big window was also nice. It could've been better if the hotel was located on the other side of the station because the Aeon mall where I often go is on the other side. But, it wasn't so bad.

Great hotel in a great location! It's attached to the station so it's super convenient. The staff were also SO kind - we found a couple spiders in our room and asked if they could come kill them for us so we would not damage the room, and they IMMEDIATELY apologized and insisted on changing our room for our comfort, which ended up being bigger at no extra charge. We had some bad experiences at a totally different hotel on our trip with bugs, so seeing them take it so seriously and be so helpful and sweet really made us feel taken care of and valued. :) Thank you to the wonderful staff!! We really appreciate your kind assistance and for being so welcoming and gracious, you're the best!! The only bummer is that the hotel structure doesn't allow you to control the temperature manually in your room - it's set based on the external temp. We tend to get really hot easily even in colder months, so the toasty room made it a little tough, but I think for most people it's no big deal.

Rooms were a bit of a let down. Money was spent on the lobby instead.
