TownePlace Suites by Marriott Orlando Theme Parks/Lake Buena Vista

Room has a kitchen, they have carpet underneath, room was smell bad, they should change to hardwood, and I was sitting in the chair, my back fully come as a bug bites, small insects running on carpet, it was very itchy, I never use the chair or sofa, looks like bed bug, but not sure, they have to clean all

Parking app is not people friendly. The hotel is closed to restaurants and department stores.

It was near and was easy to get to all the venues and restaurants that I wanted to go to. I will be using this location for my next visit to Orlando in a few weeks.

Rooms are quite dated and taken care of with the landlord special. Many broken things and it was just dirty beyond anything

Pool was great! Location was near park attractions, shopping and resturants. Had to wait on our room to be ready.

The front desk girl was rude seemed she was annoyed. Was never able to get a crib for my stay and when I asked the girl she got more bugged it was always a problem asking to extra amenities

The breakfast is always the same: eggs made from box formula, sausage, gravy, potatoes. Plus the standard oatmeal, yoghurt, waffles, bread cereal. The hotel is in general ok. In a good area and not far from main attractions. Personal at front desk is not very kind, but not offensive. They just don’t put much efforts on their job (except the guy in night shift, he was kind) And remember, you have to pay for the parking, just because

Nice hotel. 8/10 on cleanliness. The room definitely felt worn and dated. Maintenance was working in our bathroom upon arrival. We were not notified and only found out once entering the room. Breakfast was 10/10. The pool area was nice and clean.

Ame el lugar, es grande, la piscina espectacular, tienen “shutters” que te llevan a los parques de Disney e Universal. El servicio del personal del hotel excelente. Tienen restaurante, lugar de entretenimiento para los niños y adultos un 10/10. Tiene un área grande de desayuno. En fin un lugar cerca de todo ❤️💖✨
