The room was spacious and comfortable

We did have a few issues. After 10 p.m., we accessed the pool through an interior door but were unable to get back into the hotel. Several other guests had the same problem. There were also no pool towels available, requiring a trip to the front desk. Breakfast had a very good selection, but the area was crowded and somewhat disorganized, especially the waffle stations. Our biggest issue was the elevators. Of the two serving our side of the hotel, housekeeping was heavily using one during the busy morning checkout period. We waited nearly 10 minutes at one point, while housekeeping carts blocked parts of the elevator lobby and staff stepped ahead of waiting guests. We brought this to the front desk’s attention, but it was not handled particularly well. Overall, a nice property and a good room, but some improvements would make for a much better guest experience.

Didn't like paying to park. Wasn't able to enjoy any of the amenities due to small gathering spaces. Will not return.

P.S. Please add bacon to your breakfast bar

Everything was great from the breakfast to our rooms even the pool except only complaint I had was the free shuttle to the parks. We mainly chose this place because it had all the features we were looking for except when we got the schedule for the shuttles to universal and Disney, we were disappointed because they only have one time for getting there and one time for coming back, that’s it. So we ended up having to pay for Uber everyday of our trip which was annoying as it was extra cost we didn’t want to do especially when we thought they would have more flexibility with shuttle service. Who wakes up for a 7am shuttle and then to be rushed back to the hotel by 5p? That’s unrealistic especially when not everyone has early access to the bigger parks. So wish they can update that for guests. Because everything else was amazing!

Everything was good. Would have been excellent if it had a good working WiFi.

This was my husband and I's second time staying here. We got a king suite which was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The pool is a good size and the water was nice and warm. There was free breakfast each morning including mickey waffles. We did not use the park bus transportation as the times did not align with our plans. My only complaint is that the pool bar was never open for the 6 nights we stayed but the inside bar has delicious food, especially the pizza and chicken quesadillas and the 2 bar tenders were very nice. We will definitely stay here again.

Paying $26 per day is crazy! That will be be a negative for me. I could see if the parking was secure and monitored by an officer.
