Clean the room, especial linen sheets

The room was very clean. The staff needs work. Breakfast food was good. The main lady’s help warned us not to take food to the rooms, which was a banana, apple, and yogurt cup. Parking was $28 a night, scanning the QR code and pre paying for the whole stay.

We stayed 2 nights before cruising, this hotel was clean and comfortable. Our only disappointment was the pool, it didn’t seem well maintained and left dirty. The floor of the pool was very abrasive and had debris spotting all over.

There was no hot water in the shower after multiple reports to the front desk. Maintenance said it was fixed but had to take a cold shower for 2 days despite being in a renovated room.

The staff, the hotel itself was nice however they are doing construction at the hotel, which I was not aware of and you couldn’t sit downstairs very long because of the heat the halls were extremely hot. We were on the second floor and there was noise from whatever they were working on upstairs thankfully, our room stayed cool, but if I had known this was going on, I would’ve booked another hotel.
