2. Food variety is less - when the food is over they did not replace this leaving us with very few options by 8 am 3. Asked for connecting or same floor rooms when I booked the room few months back - so that I can have my elderly parents close by ; but I got rooms in two different floor quite far apart ; 4. Shuttle to parks is sort of deceiving when you book room; actually you have one shuttle to universal park at 7.30 am and evening 5.45 pm; which is hard for most to go; no shuttle to magic kingdom

Es un hotel viejo aire acondicionado de la habitación. No funcionaba todo el tiempo. Y para empeorar todo el hotel apesta a mariguana nadie supervisa. Nada no lo recomiendo para viajar en famila

Loved the 2 bedroom suite. The 2 Bedroom suite with kitchen was great except the bed in the master was incredibly hard. Hurt my lower back & hips a lot.

I had a great stay. The only problem was the shower knob to turn on/off was broken. We were still able to utilize the shower. I informed the friendly front desk staff at check out.

I liked our stay here, you feel welcome from entering the hotel. The staff is superb, and their care for guests is outstanding. The breakfast room staff was so helpful and attentive, they go beyond to tend to every guests requests.

The breakfast is great. Make your own mickey waffles ,scrambled eggs every morning with omelettes almost every other morning. Various breakfast meats like ham ,sausage and bacon varied days . Also pancakes annd French toast. Always muffins,bagels,breads to toast . Cereal of various types with toppings . Yogurt and fresh fruits available. Coffee , tea and juices available. The pool area is nice with hot tub and lots of chairs and umbrellas available on our stay. 2 Bbqs available to use We had a 2 bedroom ,2 bathroom suite with kitchen area and sitting area. Each room had its own tv plus a tv in the sitting room. The room was spacious and great for longer stays and families that may want to prepare a few meals. There are some things that need repair but not enough to keep us from booking this hotel again. They do appear to be so some renovations. The carpets in our rooms could do with replacing or cleaning and the bath tub drain had some rust on it but the tub was clean. The beds and bed sheets were clean and comfortable. There is no restaurant on site once the breakfast room is closed but there are places to eat fairly close by. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again for the right price.

Breakfast and room The housekeeping of the room is after 3 days, not daily.

El hotel estaba limpio, el personal muy amable pero el cuarto el aire no funcionaba todas las noches que fui a reportarlo iba el jefe de mantenimiento que fue muy amable se llama miguelito y al momento del checkout exprese mi incomodidad el de front desk muy amable me dijo que le pasaría mi incomodidad a la gerente del hotel que ella se comunicaría conmigo y nunca me llamó y no puso de su parte para ayudar a resolver mi problema, en mi opinión personal el personal muy amable La gerente o encargada de solucionar problemas con los gerentes no sirve para nada
