Holiday Inn Express & Suites Orlando - Lake Buena Vista by IHG

My family and I stayed for the weekend. It was an ok stay. The only issue was that the toilet was very loud when refilling with water and some times didn’t want to flush. My husband had to mess with the toilet to get it to work correctly. Other than that, the stay was fine and breakfast was good. Not sure if I would stay again.

Should not charge for parking.

The rooms are very clean and confi. The staff is friendly and helpful, they serves breakfast from 6;30 to 10:00, a variety of items, buffet style. great. The hotel is close to the theme parks. very convenience. The only problem or inconvenience is that you have to pay for parking, and the cost is too high.

Breakfast was ok, but Would be better with berries, nuts, and breakfast potato. Parking was $26. Per night. Rooms were very clean.

Hotel was very good but $26 parking was not good .Smillar hotels parking all free in Orlando .

At check in the staff member was not very helpful answering questions. The Room was nice and clean, The bed had a problem with the Mattress, a split that we didn't notice till were sleeping. Other than the problem with mattress, the stay was acceptable.

Nice place to stay. The hotel was clean and inviting. The rooms were O.K. We did have issues with them. The first room had sink issues, the second room had odor issues, and the third was clean, but much smaller than the one we booked! The staff worked with us and was polite throughout the process. The breakfast was good. Not accustomed to paying for parking, but I guess that is an acceptable practice for the area!

We only stayed here for one night but this location is a very nice place. I would recommend it

They don't take out the trash unless you request it after 3 days. We had problems; they scan a code that they don't honor, and if you don't, they charge you $75. I received a bill; we checked in, and they still charged us. It's ridiculous that they charge you for parking at the hotel where you're staying.

The only thing that surprised me was the parking fee. I wasn’t expecting to have to pay extra for parking at the hotel, so that was a little disappointing. Other than that, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our stay!

I would say the hotel was nice but there was mold in my bathroom! There was hair in the bed. It seemed clean but there were signs. We left before breakfast but the staff was very nice and informative about the area. We were about 20 minutes from parks and the airport! Target was fairly close and opting to eat as well

Breakfast buffet was the best out of any hotel I have ever stayed at.

Wasn't a fan of the additional $26/nt parking fee. Nowhere on hotels.com is it mentioned. Although not everyone has a car, it should either be included include in price of room it makes it known before booking.

Additionally, the hand soap dispenser broke during my stay. I expected housekeeping to replace it when cleaning the room, but they didn't. Speaking of cleaning, bathroom housekeeping was very poor—they only emptied the trash and took the dirty towels, but didn't actually clean the bathroom at all. Lastly, while the breakfast offered a lot of variety, the food had no flavor. The scrambled eggs and other options were completely tasteless. Overall, a disappointing stay.
