Excellent location in the heart of Orvieto. Spacious and clean room. We didn't try the breakfast because we left before the service started.

This hotel is centrally located, it is kept clean, and its staff is helpful and friendly.

In horrible heat the air conditioned room was heaven! An elevator to move heavy luggage, thank goodness! Charming and very helpful hosts with friendly staff. A light breakfast with excellent espresso was just the right way to start the day and a perfect location both near shopping and attractions AND absolutely quiet. Location was great. Lovely breakfast with home cooked choices and lots of historical information from the man who served us our cappuccino! Parking was a bit of a challenge but maybe we weren’t understanding all the directions.

Lovely boutique hotel. Location is easy to find and get to from funicular. Staff were very helpful with finding places in town and recommendations. They held my bags for a few hours after checkout as well. Breakfast was Italian style and had gluten free options.

The owner and staff could not do enough for us, and the breakfast was very good. She makes delightfully delicious baked goods every day! And there is such a selection. We have nothing bad to say about the hotel or the staff. We will stay here again when we are in Orvieto. Btw, their recommendation for dinner/lunch at Trattoria Al Corsica down the street was excellent. We were sad we could only eat there once! Nothing -- everything was very comfortable. The coffee was excellent.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I love everything about it! The staff is wonderful, so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is lovely especially Maria's home made cakes and pastries. The rooms are super clean and the beds are really comfortable. It's quiet enough that there is no street noise but you can still hear the birds and the church bells. The hotel is located just a short walk from the funicular, the main street, lots of restaurants and shops and the Duomo. I'll stay here again if I return to Orvieto. Nothing!
