Location was prime close to a 7-11 and small vendors, train station wasn't a far walk itself. the staff always had fresh towels and robes prepared for us the entire stay. very clean and staff were willing to help with any baggage storing.

location the space and layout of the room makes it so hard for two people to move or open suitcases. Unit does not provide true comfort.

The room is clean and the location of the hotel is walking distance to restaurants, stores, and some attractions. The toiletries provided are nice. The staff are very hospitable and accommodating. The bathroom is clean but there is a bad smell coming from the drain. The room is small and has very limited space to move around.

The pillows are terrible. The matress WAY too thin. your breakfast was laughable for the price. you need to do much, much better on the breakfast front. Please throw away your coffee machine, and buy a new one. The drink that comes out is not edible.

The hotel is tucked in a quiet neighborhood but just meters away from the center of shopping and restaurants. The room was expected to be small but very functional. Each hook and amenity is thoughtfully placed to make guests comfortable. Lighting was the best. The room was clean, and all supplies were easily available. The front desk staff was very cordial and helpful, too. We thank APA Hotel! We tried the buffet breakfast once, and this was the only disappointment at APA Hotel. The price was not worth it, as the selection was very limited and sad. It was not exciting at all.
