Very close to Namba station and Dotonbori. Nice cosmetics. Extremely small room. There is not even enough space to open a luggage. Awful sewage smell in the bathroom. Very dark room. The only window is actually facing a wall.

Everything was great. Breakfast was good, really liked that their TVs were modernized and you could log into your own streaming services (no other hotel during our time in Japan had that feature), location was fantastic. Overall a great experience and would recommend for location, friendly staff, cleanliness, conveniences and breakfast options. The space was a bit tight in the room/bathroom which was my only complaint. Prices per night were a bit high for the space, likely for the locaiton.

The over night staff was expecially amazing from helping my parent in a wheelchair to assisting my other parent with figuring out the laundry system. Excellent service! The breakfast was also wonderful, fluffy pancakes made from a robot, miso soup, bacon, ect. It was buffet style with both western and asian food. If you have an early start it's hard to find breakfast in Japan but this place has got you covered. Last but definitely not least is the location, its right in the middle of dontonbori. Many shops and food all within walking distance.

As most people mention, the rooms are quite small but it was manageable. Would be hard with more than two suitcases in the room.

not much noise from boats that stop in front of the room on canal noise from rooms you could here banging often \at 1630 had to bring my towels down to be changed as no maid ever came yes i put the sticker on the outside of door

The hotel was right in the heart of the Dotonbori neighborhood in Osaka. We could walk out the door be instantly in the middle of the action. Tons of sights to see, food to eat, and experiences to be had! Exactly what I wanted! The room had an excellent blackout curtain, and we didn't hear any noise from the street late at night. The back door on the first floor opened to the river which was so nice, and we were able to walk everywhere from the hotel. The room was small. I expected this, and I was not disappointed; however, if you are looking for a spacious and luxurious room, this is not the place for you! While the room was very soundproof from the outside noise, we heard a lot of hallway noise from people arriving late or leaving early. This is quite common in most hotels. Not great if you're hoping to sleep late or get to bed early.
