Clean environment, identical to all the other APA hotels. Our room was as small as could be but still had everything you need and just enough space to navigate our luggage (but we choose a very small with one full bed). The check in process at APA hotels always seems more endless than other hotels but I imagine one gets better at it with repetition.

The staff is very helpful, good price, good location.

Staff was nice and helpful. The location is near two stations. Lots of restaurants around and shops for food are all within three or so blocks. It had central air. So my room was always hot. I understand they do it to save on electricity, so it’s not a complaint just something to be aware of if you stay here.

Location and level of the hotel in hight standarts! Privacy on the best level I met. Good restuarant inside, if you won't use local food points and stay in hotel. I had big room what is unsualy in Japan. They could cancel your reservation if you didn't let them know what time exactly you will come the days before araiving. You know, if you travel there might be inconvinient situantions, but the hotel just want to keep smooth check in process, because its big hotel and the guest numbers are many.

Location, cleanliness, professionalism of all staff It’s not that we disliked the system, but we would like to suggest adding an option for the air conditioning to cool as well, rather than having it centrally set to heating. Different guests have different comfort levels, and one night our room felt quite warm even though it was winter. We couldn’t adjust the AC because only the heating function was available. We checked with reception, and they informed us that the system was centralized.

The room was a tight squeeze for two people, but we managed! Other than that, everything was perfect.

Everything was good. Even though it was a small room, it would be enough for a solo traveler. There’s a luggage space under the bed. I stayed at one of these APA hotels in Kyoto as well and that hotel gave me a really small room even without an under-bed-space. The room had all the amenities. The staff was nice. There’s not much that I didn’t like. There were only two washing machines and two dryers. And obviously they were always occupied when I checked. But there’s a laundromat place sort of close to the hotel (you can check the info about this from the TV)

The room was clean and was really ok for 1-2 nights and if you don’t have large baggage. The room was extremely small but had everything we needed. Also it felt a bit too expensive for what we got and not great value for money.

Clean, comfortable, and room was great. Some of the nighttime staff were rude. The female with glasses looks at me with silence, and judgmental eyes. She acts condescending and I can feel her negative body language and inaction to help me with my things when I clearly could use some assistance while she stands silently next to me creating awkward tension and bad vibes. She’s pretty, but she has a pretty bad attitude as well. When I stepped inside late at night on my last night I saw a group of 5 of them laughing and staring at me while I was talking to one of the staff.

Excellent location with the subway and cafes near by. Lovely staff, and clean hotel Small rooms, however it has everything you need ro make your stay comfortable. Might be a cramped for 2 people, however, more than enough for a single occupant

Beautiful lobby/check in area. Check in was quick and easy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom light controls from bed/headboard. Step to get into the bathroom and shower is too high and may not be good for someone older or physically challenged. It wasn’t close to the tourist attractions.
