They offer no water in the room ( because, I assume, of the vending machine they have in your floor. But i would appreciate water at least for the first day.

Windows do not open, hard to get fresh air

Close to the metro station (literally steps away). Professional and clean. The bathroom is a bit small. Coffee machine stays broken during our stay. Breakfast is a bit overrated especially compared to the BW in US.

2 min walk from subway; close to lots of stores and restaurants Air clim was max out at 20 Celsius… after a very humid day, I could have use a little colder. Using de dehumidifier help a little.

Comfortable and clean room. The staff speaks perfect English and is very helpful. It's on the side street so has a quiet setting but still convenient as it's super close to the subway. The bonus point is that each floor has its own water dispenser.

Unfortunately this hotel was a disappointment overall. The only real bright spot during our stay was the lady working in the breakfast area. She was incredibly sweet, worked hard to keep everything clean and stocked, and genuinely seemed to care about the guests. She definitely deserves recognition because her kindness was the one thing that stood out in an otherwise underwhelming experience. What I didn’t like about this hotel was the overall customer service and comfort. We arrived about an hour before check-in, and even though our room was already ready, they wanted an extra $25 just to let us check in early. They also advertise complimentary coffee, but it’s only available on the first day from 2 PM to 9 PM and limited to one cup, which felt pretty ridiculous. The room itself was not very clean. The decorative pillows looked like they hadn’t been washed in a very long time, and overall the room just didn’t feel fresh. Most of the staff came across as rude and unwelcoming during our stay. The beds were also extremely uncomfortable, the pillows were stiff, and the bed kept rolling away from the wall which became annoying fast. For the price, the room size, cleanliness, and lack of customer service definitely did not match what we expected. Overall, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

I liked that the room was spacious and comfortable for two people, and it was cleaned every three days. The only downside is the location—it’s a bit far from downtown, and the nearest major train line is around a 1 km walk.

Walking distance from several sightseeing spots, close to a metro, several stores and eating places.

I love this hotel very much and close to MRT station, just 1 min walking distance, hotel and room very clean, breakfast very good and they do provide a washer and dryer at lobby (only 500 and 200 yen).
