Daiwa Roynet Hotel Osaka Kitahama

Everything was amazing, except during check out, we were thirty and requested bottled water from the reception staff. They declined as we were checking out. That was not a pleasant experience.

Staff members were professionals. Great room for long stay and money for value!

Perfect hotel for our Osaka stay, vey modern, very clean, and the price with breakfast included, cant ask for better. staff was very helpful and nice Breakfast was great, but already for my taste to western. Fries and Spaghetti , really ??? Please prepare a more japanese breakfast!

The location was nice, the hotel is next to kitahama station.

Convenience to transit, restaurants. Very clean, nice touch with slippers, coffee, toiletries. Breakfast decent. Staff were nice, but English not spoken much there. Seemed quiet at night, think it was business area.

We upgraded our room at the hotel it was spacious & got a massaging chair too. Nothing in particular

I lowered the score a bit because we had an unpleasant moment during our stay. We wanted to send our luggage using the taku-bin service. We approached the front desk with three pieces of luggage to ask for help, and a gentleman who didn’t speak English gave us forms and sent us back to our room to fill them out. Since it only takes a minute to complete the forms, we asked for a pen so we could do it right away. The gentleman raised his voice and said, ‘No, no—go to your room.’ We waited until the next day for a different staff member so we could use the service. The ladies at the front desk are very nice and helpful.

The lady at the check-in was very polite, kind and professional. We booked without breakfast since there is a supermarket right across the street.

Location Possibly if anything having to pay for the meal voucher on the 3rd floor then going to the 2nd payment should be located on 2nd floor

Our room was spacious enough for 3 people. It has all the amenities we need. They have a complete set of skincare packets from oils, cleansers, moisturizer, which some hotel does not even offer. All staff were very professional, they would greet everyone all the time. Close to the station with elevator exit as well. I would definitely come back.

breakfast was great, having a taxi stand right outside was perfect as well. public transport (stations are nearby) and combini was close as well nothing really.

This place was truly fantastic, with a privileged location. We needed to be near Osaka Castle, and it was extremely close. There were many restaurants around and great places for breakfast. The place was very clean, very beautiful, with an extraordinary view—we got a room facing the main street. The customer service was fantastic. Honestly, if I were to return to Japan, this would be one of my favorite hotels to come back to. They had excellent facial cleansing products, a beautiful bathtub, and very lovely décor throughout. I was truly very happy to have stayed at this hotel for four days. It was a very pleasant and memorable experience. N/A
