Laundry and some staff I ordered 2 beds they gave me a qween They don’t clean the room daily Towels need to be asked from the front desk Bottle water not provided Long walk to get to and from train station Far from city center
-
Onsen was convinient with nice offerings such as yonaki soba and snacks. Location is not as convenient however, the price justifies that.
-
Amenities are very good Too far from tour attractions
-
The location was *okay* and the room was large. Breakfast was good. The front desk staff is horrendous and the amenities even during the slow season and late at night or super early in the morning are so packed it’s not worth using which is why we stayed here. Didn’t get anything we paid for.

Onsen It is a bit of a walk from the subway
-
All the great amenities this chain is known for, especially onsen. Was disappointed there was no tatami mats or lockers for shoes upon entry like the Onyado Nono sister hotels.
-
Good location near metro station, clean and quiet, friendly staff Great onsen and massage chairs Great breakfast We booked a standard king room and there was plenty of space for 2, comfortable beds and pillows. Quality amenities Stayed at Dormy Inn elsewhere , never disappointed !! Nothing

It was well maintained and clean. The staff were super helpful and nice. The onsen was amazing after a long day. This hotel had one of the best amenities we’ve seen The lack of trash cans
-
We had the room just above the entrance. The automatic door was noisy and opening during all hours
-
Onsen was amazing. Staff was super friendly and helpful! NA

The onsen made up for room’s lack of a view. Dark curtains that were difficult to operate. Restaurant amenity for guests (water, coffee closed at 9:30 a.m.)

The only beautiful part of it would be the Onsen and facilities upstairs. Theres free ice cream, books to read (japanese) two massage chairs. Do note that onsen is no tattoos. They do provide stickers to cover up but if you have large ones, dont bother. Theres a lot of locals in this hotel so they would likely be uncomfortable. The location is very strategic as you only need to walk less than 2 minutes to the Kitahama station. However most restaurants in that area is closed early or not open on Weekends during our stay. Theres not many things to do around there and you HAVE to travel out. The room was way smaller than expected, Unfortunately the bed was also very stiff, the pillows felt like it was made of paper. It was flat, and hard. The bed was also SO small for a two person room. We had to struggle cramping through the night. Space is definitely limited, The bathroom also felt very claustrophobic. I would truly think this hotel would only be suitable for singles, business stays only. No families or any couple who are on the larger size.

The onsen was amazing - free ramen and ice cream! The Japanese pillows are the worst.

Friendly staff, lots of free snacks No tattoo onsen ):

The location is not ideal, but that depends on your itinerary. It it very convenient for some of our destinations, but for most popular spot it can be a long walk to the subway that you need to take. We decided to take taxi instead a couple of times.

Onsen was great, area around hotel was quiet, good transport links. Held onto our luggage after we checked out so we could explore more before our flight. Required to pay additional for cleaning. Expectations around the bins being changed and towels was confusing. We had towels delivered multiple times so had an abundance of towels. We had a flickering light in our bathroom.
