Great location, great access to the metro and the big 3 (7-eleven, Lawson and Family Mart). The front desk and cafe staff were amazing! There were some inconsistencies with what was cleaned and not.

If you taking the regional train to Kyoto after seeing Osaka, this is the perfect location for you. Kitahama Station is just a couple of minutes' walk from the front steps, making our travel to Kyoto incredibly easy. There are also several other train stations nearby that allowed us to navigate Osaka with zero hassle, and plenty of convenience stores just minutes away. This hotel was absolutely perfect for families. Our kids were able to stay for free, and our youngest even got free breakfast. We all loved the breakfast. The spread had a good variety of both sweet and savory options. The absolute highlight for my kids was that it included ice cream; they haven't stopped telling everyone about it! All was as expected.

The hotel is new IT so it has advanced check in/out system and facilities. The room is nice, and the location is great. A lot of restaurants, and cafes around and it is walkable distance to a number of train stations.

Great place and well maintaind. The hotel name signage is not visible until you reach the door step! Good to do something about it.

The hotel was great good location and very clean. However, the staff was another issue. We asked about transportation to the airport and were told that it takes 2 hours to get to Kansai Airport, when it is actually only 40 minutes. There for we had to order a special taxi (quite expensive) very early in the morning, in order to get there on time. It is expected that when you ask for help from the staff you will get a correct answer (and sometimes even saying I don't know is a good answer).

Easy to get to, great breakfast The lobby coffee machine wasn’t working, the coffee in the breakfast room was not good. No place to fill out water bottles before we left for the day

There are only two older laundry machines, but there is a coin laundry a short walk away if you need to do a load or two and the hotel machines are full.

Great breakfast with lots of options, good location Rooms are really small, it is a big building and only 2 slow elevators there was traffic at times, room was very dusty

Overall cleanliness of the room (spots and marks on the cups, dusty floors, old garbage under the bed from previous guests), the outside view from a 10th floor room was only the wall of a building 2 meters away. The sheets were very non-breathable.
