Hotel Forza Osaka Kitahama

We could store luggage before and after our stay. Very good breakfast. would have liked more vegan options .Staff were kind and helpful. Comfy beds. Separate toilet room was nice. Awesome that they had 2 washers/dryers (soap added automatically- no need to bring your own!) Could use 2 more- we had to wait for washer and people waited after us. Nice quiet location, Close to 2 subway stations and walking distance to the castle. We enjoyed our stay !

Is a beautiful hotel and the service was amazing

The facilities were very clean and the staff was super kind and really helpful since we didn’t speak much Japanese. The area around the hotel is quiet, but plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Train station was just a short cab ride away.

There were so many little details that made this place exceptional. From black out curtains and a massage pillow in the room, to an amazing and large shower. They had all the amenities and the staff was really helpful. This was a truly pleasant surprise especially given the price per night.

The hotel is perfectly situated just a 2-minute walk from the metro station. If you arrive from the airport via the Sakaisuji Line, I highly recommend using Exit 1B. It features an escalator and elevator straight to the ground, which makes managing heavy luggage completely stress-free. Having a Lawson convenience store right next door is an added bonus. Clean & Comfortable Rooms. The rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable. I was even fortunate enough to receive two room upgrades! The bed and soft, memory-foam pillows provided a great night's sleep. Additionally, the bathroom water pressure is excellent, and there are plenty of electrical outlets throughout the room to charge all your devices.Great Breakfast Selection The daily breakfast is well-balanced and offers a fantastic variety of both Japanese and Western-style options to start your day. The staff is incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful. I truly appreciated their flexibility, as they allowed me to store my luggage for an entire week leading up to my check-in date. Highly recommended! Using a kiosk to check in and check out, but hotel staffs are available to assist.

Great location, about 15 minutes away from all the popular spots! And the train station was only down the street!! Would recommend and the breakfast was delicious. Staff was super kind and helpful as well!

I had a wonderful stay at the Forza KITAHAMA. My room was cozy but so comfortable. It had everything I needed. It was a quick walk to a quiet subway station and there were plenty of convenience store around for snacks all day. The breakfast buffet was a nice treat to get your day going. The staff was very helpful getting us to a taxi stand with all our suitcases. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay again! The elevators sometimes took a while, you just need to push both buttons. Not a huge deal at all.

It was a perfect stay, bed was wide enough for 2 adult and a child. Breakfast was very good, incl. ice cream. I would recommend it. Pillow was a bit too hard for my preference but they had 2 pillow options which is nice!

Hospitality

The bathrooms are clean and have a bidet. There is a coffee and water machine in the lobby. The lobby has bathrooms as well. During your stay you can choose between having the room cleaned, only the towels changed, or do not disturb which is nice. The hotel is located in between 2 train stations which makes travelling very easy for tourists. Room is quite small.

The breakfast was excellent. Staff very helpful & efficient. Room had lots of natural light. Bonus massage cushion was appreciated. No tissues in the room.

Very well maintained hotel in a quiet neighborhood away from all the shopping districts. Rose garden park along the river. Ate breakfast twice at Brooklyn Roasting Co. and sat outside and enjoyed their deck. Last morning we had a good breakfast at hotel. Staff offered good suggestions for nearby restaurants. And we had an amazing shower in our room. Upgraded room to get more space. Elevator situation at peak times but that is not unique to this hotel!

The location was perfect 2 minutes to a train station. A lot of restaurants around and many stores like 7 eleven, Family mart. The hotel was quiet and the neighbourhood also. I recommend this hotel to stay with or without a family!!

A lovely experience with this hotel. Spacious room for the Japanese standard, a walk in shower room with many options and excellent water pressure. Very comfy beds. A delicious breakfast with something for everyone, including a rotating specialty option (we had waffles, takoyaki, and omelette). The location is not the best, the main train (Midosuji) line is about an 8 minute walk from the hotel which can get tiering to do everyday there and back. Also, only two elevators and it was very busy. Lots of traffic jams in the mornings. Available coin laundry didn't impress me.

I guess some pointers around town would be nice. Not a dealbreaker.

Location was very convenient, especially if travelling south towards Dotonbori/Ebisucho. Staff were friendly and helpful. Surprisingly, the coffee/hot chocolate machine on the ground floor was actually really nice when on-the-go in the morning or just returning at night. Noticed underneath the beds hadn't been cleaned in some time as there were what appeared to be food scraps. The two lifts in the building could also be quite slow, especially if you're placed near the top floors like we were.

Location, comfort and spaciousness. Slow elevators and they need more laundry machines.
